Good quality
It is a little weird that the "cutlery" included is exclusively forks, but thinking back to the many parties we've thrown, we always end up with tons of spoons and knives left, so I guess it makes sense. Just to make it clear, this set isn't really meant for dinner; it's just small dessert plates. With that in mind, it's a little less than a dollar a person for a plate, fork, and napkin, which isn't bad. The forks are just as sturdy as any other brand and the plates are strong enough to hold both a slice of cake and a scoop of ice cream. The quality is pretty good for the price point.

Why Not An Even 20?
I'm really confused as to why this set comes with 16 plates, but 20 napkins and 24 forks. Why couldn't they just put 4 more plates in? These numbers don't add up. Aside from that, these are your dollar store variety plates. You won't be able to serve full meals on these because they are flimsy and small. I would use these for a girls tea party or a get together that just has appetizers. The plates are definitely going to bend if you load them up. The forks are a bit better than dollar store quality. They are going to hold up to the weight of the food your plate won't. The napkins are just generic napkins. Overall, it's a cute set, but isn't top of the line. You're spending $14 for a set that doesn't have an even ratio of plates, forks, and napkins. They are cute, but the odd numbering of each doesn't make sense.

It's not great
This is a cheaper and small set. The original photo for this made it look like it was for a larger party. The plates are pretty thin, silverware is cheaper than the $1 store. Napkins are okay. Overall it's not as good as I expected. It's just poor quality.

Nice cohesive set
This is an average quality plate set that you expect for birthday plates. I like that I could get the complete set instead of having to purchase everything individually. It all matches seamlessly and the colors are bright and vivid. I would classify them as light to medium weight. It was perfect for having cake on. I have no complaints and would purchase again. Itβs very convenient.
