Came vacuum packed. Inside that package it had 4 separate baggies.

Not as expected-- mostly dull pastels, not bright colors
The advertising makes it look like most of the feathers are bright colors, but my order only contained about 20% bright colors. The rest were dull light pink or green or greyish. I had to use what I could, because I didn't have time to wait for a replacement. Also, many of the feathers were broken or in poor shape. Made it work anyway, but will not order from this vendor again.
