My doctor advised a daily intake of a zinc supplement after an extensive blood test showed a zinc deficiency. I like these pills, as they are small, easy to swallow, have a use by date of 10/2023, however they only give me a 1-month supply (you have to take 3 pills), and not at a low cost. This is not something I like and would probably not get again, unless the price is reduced.
