Not difficult to assemble.
Not difficult to assemble. Took about 4hrs by myself in the wind. The magnets to hold the roof closed leave a little to be desire$ but not hard to fashion something more effective if you live in a windy area. Overall very good.

Flimsy and Difficult toAssemble
Arrived in an intact box but many of the panels were either bent or crinkled and had paint scraped off. It is a very flimsy structure and it is doubtful it will survive the kind of wind we have without some serious shoring up. VERY difficult to assemble. Pictures were hard to interpret and there are no instructions beyond the parts being labeled with letters and numbers. We are people used to assembling complex and difficult items but this had us both flummoxed for a while. Finally we separated panels by function and literally wrote in permanent marker on each panel how the panels are to be assembled and where they go onto the frame. Because it is very cold here we are attempting to do sub-assemblies here in the house and then do final assembly outside on-site. Would not recommend this if long term durability is desired.

Difficult to Assemble
The shed was purchased to hold two e-bikes somewhat securely in our back yard. I feel bad for the UPS person, weighs a ton in flat box. The shed will work perfectly for our intended purpose. Only wish there was a way to lock the wonderful roof. It has two risers and opens with your little finger! Stays open great. The negative part is definitely the very poorly written Instructions! There’s drawings but no actual description of what you are building. The other thing is if parts were somehow stamped or labeled “UP” my son and I would not have had to assemble, realize it was wrong and then re-assemble. For the money, decent shed although may cause you to question why you bought this shed!

Hard to put together but seems sturdy.
Unless you are used to building this type of unit, Don't Try It. It was a royal pain. I am & we still had a hard time. 2 person job. Wear gloves. Poorly written instruction booklet with poor diagrams. Instructs to put in screws, then have to take back out to put in brace bars later etc... Places to put screws, under ledges, nearly impossible to get to without long needle nose pliers or something. Box came beat up. Some pieces slightly bent. Thank goodness I got mine on good sale. Had I paid what they now want, I would have had an aneurysm. Took 2 days on/off we were so frustrated. On a positive note...all pieces were there & there were plenty of screws. Seems to be fairly sturdy. I only gave lower rating due to difficulty of assembly.

Love-Hate Relationship with my Trash Barn
I love this barn, but....I am a technical expert, I have restored houses, work on my own electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, cars, etc. I have assembled and installed hundreds of things, I am what I would call an expert installer. I tell you this, because at the moment this shed, to my memory, is the most difficult thing I have ever installed. I knew it was going to be tedious, I gave it 3 hours to complete (which I thought was crazy long). It actually took me a full 6 hours! There are 300-400 small screws and bolts to need to be turned. The instructions are difficult to interpret. I actually had to drill a couple of holes into the supports that were missing, but in instructions (and logically needed to be there). I installed this by myself which was actually impossible. Example, the lid I had to hold in the 10-15 mph winds like a shield, and then synch the hinge with the hole and feed a screw on my drill with the other hand. That took me 15-20 mins to successfully do. But the worst (see last pic) It took me an hour to get a nut on a screw into these two holes which were buried under a overlap piece of metal. I cussed perpetually through the entire hour.Beg someone to help you install, you will save an hour of time. Also be very spatially thoughtful about 3 or 4 pages at a time so you can see where you are going, otherwise you install some things wrong and have to redo. If you install, put down a drop cloth, you will definitely drop hundreds of screws and bolts. They are small for big fingers, and the reach is a pain. The product: The lid is weak (tiny magnets, that don't work), I had to add some bungees inside to make sure it stays intact. (We're at the river and get gales). This think is not what I would call waterproof, it has gaps around lid that would take 1/2-3/4'' rubber trim to seal. It also has a plastic film over all the bent metal corner pieces which is impossible to get off. I am not sure if I will ever get it off (maybe soapy water?) OK! with all that said, I actually love this shed. Its exactly what I needed, and it was half the price of every other option. I would cautiously do it all again. I have weighted the inside (b/c it's light in the wind). You cant mount to wood or concrete base, may do that later. If it doesn't blow away, I believe it will serve us for years.

WORST PRODUCT! Please read this and don’t buy it!
I hired an accomplished handyman and he said that this was the worst, most frustrating assembly job he’s ever had. To get the doors to close properly I have to fiddle with both doors and most of the time the doors don’t line up so I can’t use the latch to secure the door.UPDATE: This is a piece of GARBAGE! Both doors have fallen off within a few months and I can’t even use the shed.
