Los primeros días que tomé estas pastillas se me redujo un poco el apetito, Pero a partir de la segunda semana volví a tener el mismo apetito. Hago una dieta baja en calorías y bastante estricta, tomó mucha agua y hago ejercicio, y las pastillas no me han hecho ni reducción de grasa ni peso. Así que total engaño y decepción porque no he notado ningún efecto más aparte del que ya hacía yo con la dieta y el ejercicio. Llevo dos semanas sin tomarlas, y bajo lo mismo que cuando las tomaba.
