Bought another to do 2 heaters at once.
First one worked great so I bought a second to service two heaters at once.

Incredibly easy to use for Handy Husband work
The package makes it very easy to get started on maintenance to prolong your tankless water heater. I have a Rinnai natural gas heater (although should/would work for other brands as well). Hooked it up, use the included descaling solution (in future can use same kit with white vinegar), followed the directions from the company and had cleaned out my pipes. Liquid started off crystal clear and ended up blue green at the end with some precipitate in the bucket. Just fresh water rinse after, let air/sun dry and close bucket up again until it needs to be used in the future. Some discoloration of the tubing connector to be expected. Plan in using again later this year.

Great kit for hard water flushing
Everything you need to flush your tankless water heater. 100% worth it. Pump is powerful. Equipment is quality. I can and will use this every month. We have hard water. Saved my hot water heater!

Even with some nit picky details, this product works very well!
This product works well. It’s good to have a filter on the pump to keep the debris out. The solution worked well. I agree with other reviewers that the hoses included should not corrode while in the solution. Also agree that you need to ensure the hoses fit the fixtures on the service hookups on the isolation valves. Seems like this will be a long lasting tool to set-maintain. It pays for itself after the first use. The cost is about as much as a service appointment from a local company.

Leaking hoses with a seller fix
The pump, chemicals, and the directions are perfect. The hoses will not work unless you add a second washer to each one. Buy washers before you start. I contacted the seller and they send me new hoses and a replacement container of solution. Well done.

Included hoses don’t work as intended.
The hoses are terrible. You have to double up washers (using your own) to get the hoses to seal. On top of that the chemical immediately eats up the metal fittings on the hoses. They leak if you don’t use your own washers to fix the problem. Not worth the premium price for parts that don’t work.

Worked as advertised. I installed a tankless a few years ago and this kit got it working like new. It's amazing how much scale can build up.
