A rock solid quality built item
It's not often that I get a chance to praise products made in C***a; but this one was quite a surprise. I did not bother to do any pre- purchase research since it met the amperage specifications of my amplifiers and the 80A alternator in my car. I just took the chance and ordered it based on Amazon's description. I was, therefore, quite surprised at the size of the thing when I received it. It fitted the entire length of my medium-size hand and made me worry if I would find the space to install it in the engine bay of my small car. However, it turned out to not be a problem. But for any one considering this fuse holder just be aware that it is quite BIG. On the plus side, though, it is well-built, rock solid, as water resistant as any fuse holder can get, and is easy to install if you have the room for it. My installer had recommended using a 150A fuse but that sounded excessive so I ignored him and got an ANL 100A fuse with the holder, instead. It replaced the blown 60A AGU fuse that I had before. If you lack the space to install an ANL fuse holder you should get a mini ANL fuse holder instead. At any rate, for the main power fuse (inline between the battery and amp) ANL type fuses are much better than the round AGU glass fuses with their shorter fuse holders. This one from Leige is highly recommended.

Great quality, will be getting one for the other amp
Bought this fuse to install into a 07 VW GTI for a 4 channel speaker amp. Used number 2 welding cable for the power line.used the normal AGC fuse at first, but the solid copper in the welding cable snapped it no problem. This ANL fuse set up on handled it no problem!Pros:-The connectors on either side grabbed the solid copper without a problem, and not falling out anytime soon. They're also very dense; really good conductivity, so more power to the amp!-The fuse isn't some cheap fuse, it's great quality.-The plastic housing and end caps and pretty thick, can definitely see this lasting a while and taking a beating.Cons:-Not really a con for me, but if you don't have a lot of room to work with or are looking for descrete, this things bulky haha

Huge
I knew this was big but the title says 0 2 5 gauge AWG. I mean, the wire fits but there's no adapter for smaller cables. So you're just putting 4 gauge into a 1/0 hole and it really expands the cable braids. I don't think that's the goal; you want the braid to be smashed together allowing greater transfer of energy. We will see, I still have to max the amp out and take a current reading to see if everything is conducting as it should be.

It looks cool and it's beefy, but it's HUGE
It looks just like the images, and it's solidly made, but it's the size of a decent hot dog. Think costco dog diameter but not as long. Just so you know. They need to put something on their images that helps with scale. Like a hand holding it.

The gf likes it!
Holy cow! I was thoroghly suprised when I saw the size of this thing! I hope I can get it to fit. I wish they were more clear about the size in the description. I'm only running 2 10 inch JL audios in a box with 1100 watt amp. Using 4 Guage wire from knukoncepts. Seems overkill.
