The title "Swedish Tomte Handmade Gnome was a bit confusing. I took it to mean they were hand made in Sweden! None-the-less, they are a good value, whimsical decoration.

Love the colors and feel to my knomes. My kids love them too. They make a great addition to my christmas decor.

These gnomes are so cute and a great size for Christmas decorating; they can be used indoor or outdoor as they do not have any electrical components to them. Although glued in places (such as around the hat to the "head"), these appear to be more sewn than glued and are very well made. They are weighted around the bottom so they sit and the hat has a bendable wire inside so that you can pose the hat as you desire. The material of the body is felt-like and the hat and mittens are a knit material.The little details of the mittens matching the hat, the nose and the beard are adorable and I love that Christmas gnomes are considered good luck. My boys (7 and 5) have claimed them and since we do not do the elf tradition, I think this is a great way to add something special to their room decor. I would definitely recommend these gnomes, they are a great quality and value for the price.
