Hard to say if the entire grounding/earthing idea is a false promise, or this product does not work... it DID NOT improve my sleep 😁

Into "Earthing"? Try This Grounding Mat and Wrist Strap.
In the Electronics field, there are probably millions of Grounding mats used across the country. People do not give it a thought; the wrist straps and the mats are used to ground people, to prevent ESD accumulation. I repurposed the mat, so I may be grounded inside my home. I connected the mat to the center post of an AC outlet, put my feet on the mat and the ground strap on my wrist. I checked it with a circuit tester, too. If you like to practice Earthing, this will work for you.

Great quality grounding mat
I have shopped around for ground “mats” (ie. that are thick like a child’s placemat table setting) and this was it. It is not like the thin fabric carbon material, it has good weight and edge stitching to prevent peeling/damage (in case you don’t want that, it’s not the seamless edge cut. It came with two wires and a grounding bracelet which is a bonus for the price. Had an issue with my bracelet and customer service promptly fixed the problem. I use this mat for my feet under my desk while working, and it’s the perfect size for that, not too long or wide. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend!
