Worth every penny. 4ms response time.
Despite the name of the listing, I had a feeling this monitor didn’t really have a 25ms response time/input lag. That wouldn’t make any sense from a brand like MSI, but because I didn’t see any alternative that even mentioned the response time of their monitors, I rolled the dice. Glad I did. Inside the box, the first piece of literature shows specifications and right there it says 4ms response time. FANTASTIC! Build quality isn’t perfect but this is relatively affordable for a reason. It’s sturdy enough that I feel like it’ll last for years. Picture quality looks sharp and colorful to me. Built in speakers can pass in a pinch for game audio. Lastly, it can be powered by anything that puts out at least 6-7 watts. That’s what I measured the maximum power draw to be. So, that means that the USB-A ports on the back of consoles will power this. I have my USB-A to USB-C cord plugged into one of the rear ports on the PS5 and it works like a charm. Have had success using two different battery banks as well. Buy it! It’s worth the premium over the other no-name options.

Great quality
Very good quality. Nice picture. Bought to take x box series s on the go. Works very well with it. Some people complain that settings don't save well mine do you just have to click on save. Unless maybe the older models didn't save I don't know. The case /stand is nice but kinda awkward until you figure it out. You have to flip it the right way for it to work as a stand and the instructions are kinda hard to follow. Overall very nice monitor. I know quality and this is pretty decent. The only thing that feels cheap is the scroll/toggle switch but it works good.

Works for all ATEM video standards
4th was the charm! I tested many of these portable displays for compatibility with the ATEM Mini series. This one worked flawlessly on all 1080p broadcast standards as a multi view monitor. 23.98, 24, 29.97, 30 and 60 all work. Great build quality, packs flat and It's also a fantastic single cable 2nd display for a MacBook Pro.

Solid choice
The monitor is amazing, however I would suggest purchasing a collapsible stand to go with it. The protective case that acts as a built in stand does work, it’s not the best. Plus, the additional support elevates the experience.

Purchased mainly for Steam Deck. Awesome.
I purchased this mainly for my Steam Deck whenever I needed to game on a bigger screen but still remain flexible in mobility. This is the perfect sized screen for my purposes and it sounds great. Small enough to carry in my backpack and use it whenever I need to. So glad I made this purchase.

If you need a small screen that looks nice this is the one.
Got it for my brother he wanted a secondary display for his laptop. Works well, bright and clear display, I’d rather watch a movie on this than my 47” Samsung.

Good monitor for general use, but some features are overrated and there is some screen bleed
Before, I had used a portable monitor from Acer that was hardmodded to have an HDMI port instead of USB-C. Since I’ll be traveling for college soon, I needed a monitor that wasn’t modified as it’ll have a far better chance of clearing airport security. This one was cheap and appeared to offer a lot of features. It appears that this monitor is an upgraded version of the previous Optix MAG161V model also from MSI.The case that the monitor comes in appears very high quality and is made of leather. The case and the monitor itself both feel very tough and feels like they could take a beating without breaking. This monitor’s screen is brighter than MSI’s older portable monitor and can get up to 250 nits of brightness according to the specs (180 nits before). That’s enough brightness for any indoor setting, but it’s barely visible in an outdoor setting. The brightness can be adjusted in the settings menu and turning off echo mode (on by default) will also increase the brightness a bit.The colors on the screen are average. MSI had advertised the display with consisting of 6-bit colors, but Windows on my laptop had identified the display being able to support 8-bit colors. I don’t have the proper benchmark hardware to confirm for sure but just by looking at the monitor, and comparing it to the colors of other monitors, it appears that it is in 8-bit colors with about 80-90% of sRGB color space. The contrast ratio is alright, but not really anything special. MSI advertises the contrast ratio of this monitor at 1000:1 (700:1 on the older version). The speakers on the monitor are alright. They aren’t really bad but they also aren’t really good. The monitor also comes with all necessary cables for configuration (1x Mini HDMI to Regular HDMI, 1x USB-C to USB-C, and 1x USB-C to USB-A). All cables look about 3.5-4ft in length which is just enough for connecting to peripherals on either side of a (at most, a 15.6”) laptop. The biggest problem I have with this monitor is that there is a noticeable screen bleed in the upper left corner (see pics). It’s not so bad to where I have to return it, because it’s only visible when displaying dark colored content, but it shouldn’t be something that I have to experience. As for the so-called “gaming mode” and “night vision,” both are overrated features. Changing the modes just change the contrast and/or gamma and nothing more, which just makes the colors more washed out. Just stick to the default modes for both.

It's just OK
I've used this for several months now and it's just an OK monitor, especially for the price. Quality is certainly not up to par with a standard monitor, settings are pretty limited and the colors just aren't that nice. I needed a monitor I could use on a small over-recliner table and something like this is my current best option, but when I can I'll definitely be swapping over to my ten-year-old regular monitor and using a swinging monitor arm or something.

Great monitor, terrible glare
Quality of the screen and the product is amazing - impressive even. But If you have any sort of natural light behind you or around you, it becomes like a mirror. Another issue is you need to connect 2 cables to make it work. One for power and one for hdmi and they're long, sturdy cables, making this product less mobile and better for a place to connect and keep, like in an office.

Nice little device. Text is pretty fuzzy, but it's good for dashboards and video
Small footprint, runs off a USB-C cable for power. Comes with a mini HDMI cable too, even has built-in speakers! Generates a bit more heat than I'd have expected.4 stars instead of 5 because I was expecting that iPad-level crispness. Not as clear, but it's still useful.
