Wish I'd had these when the ice storm knocked out our power. Great value for the money. a 4 Pack is excatly the amount I needed. We have a ton of rechargeable AA's which run these so now we are set. These will be going camping and are ready for our next power outage. Testing shows them to last about 5 hours on a freshly charged set of enloop batteries. They are super bright though so put them where they will illuminate the room but you wont have to look directly at them. bright leds!

Just opened and really pleased. First of all seemingly high quality. Plastic outside. About 4-5” closed and open under 12”. However the light is very bright and even resonates on the walls in the day time. The slide up and down is with resistance which is good in the event using on a table and not hanging from a tree. The storage on top of the unit is an added bonus for those longer camping trips or needs of use. Cheaper than competition on Amazon and elsewhere. Unsure on the weather resistant despite the plastic shell around the light itself. However two thumbs up and highly recommend this product and brand!

Bought two double sets. Out of the eight lights two were what I would consider defective, In that they lit up when closed. obviously a bad contact. However if you open them slightly the light goes off. So it's a pain in the ass but it's a quick fix, you expect what you buy to be in perfect working order. You get what you pay for.

I bought a 4 pack of these. 3 of them work fine but the forth one will not turn off. As soon as I put the batteries in I can see the light through the crack. I tried to open and close it several times to see if it would turn off, like the others, but the only way is to take out the batteries. Tried to contact seller. No response.

I bought this for the last hurricane we had; now that another is on the way, I bought more! These are great, they throw out enough light to take care of a whole room. The are easy on batteries, ours lasted 10+ hours. The compact design makes them a must for any hurricane supply package. Love the fact that the lower you shut them the softer the light. I recommend these to anyone looking for a nice, reliable light at a reasonable price.

I got a set of two and all the storms and earthquakes stopped lol. Been testing them anyhow cause i always test everything i get right away they work good not bright enough if you really need them tho. Might work during a thunderstorm but not a bif disaster

The Portable Lamps arrived on time and is as advertised.Not sure about how many lumens but the lamps are bright enough to light up a 10ftx10ft room.I bought 4 sets of 4 lamps (16) and 2 lamps were defective,1 was missing leds and the other was not turning off.I got in contact with the seller about the problem and 2 new lamps were being shipped to me by the following day.I would recommend these lamps and intend to purchase more lamps from Eachpole.

Used during camping and will save in storage for when we have power outages. I've had some of these in the past, worked well cus it's cheap and efficient.
