Just started using the product...feels gud!!

I changed to etude house because they promised that the product was good for sensitive skin and had a ph balance of 5.5. Exactly as described only better. I have told my red headed daughter to use this and she loves it..no more pain or stinging when using a toner. I am now using their moisturizer as well. Can't use the face wash, but everything else is my go to product for lovely skin

I have extremely sensitive skin and since I started using this it has balanced out my slimes pH level(s). It also soothes irritation if I break out and my skin feels super soft after using.Would highly recommend 👍🏾

I tried this product in 180ml and it made my skin smooth and calm so I got this in 350ml. However, the new bottle that I got irritates my skin, leaves my skin dried, and makes my skin rough at the same time. It also has a weird smell compare to 180ml. I don't know if I got a defective product or it's because of the difference in bottles. The bottle for 180ml is more firm than 350ml bottle. They are both plastic but the 180ml bottle feels like as if it's made out of glass. Both products came in good condition, no leaks and were sealed.

Since I've been having weird skin issues this year, I've been trying to go to the most simple and basic of skincare routines and aiming all my products to be for sensitive skin.I tried a couple of other toners before this one and was left feeling like I hadn't really found anything worth while.I loved the emulsion so much from this line that I bought a couple of other products. This toner is one of them and since I've been using it, my skin is feeling and looking a lot better.It's not too thick, which I don't like right now since my skin is so sensitive. It's just a nice watery consistency that layers well on the skin. And I've put this product near my eyes and there's no stinging. I've put it directly on top of my irritated skin and it soothes it instead of making it worse.If you're like me and experiencing a lot of skin troubles, I recommend this toner for sure. The toner and the emulsion are my favorites so far and I can see myself using the Soon Jung line all year round.
