Since I avoid and have not touched alcohol since June 2001, I gave away all of my vanilla extract, giving way to the equally good, and many times more expensive vanilla beans, which I can afford, maybe up to twice per year. I, then, found a "nonalcoholic vanilla, which was equally expensive, and ordered 1; then, in response, I received an e-mail promo of this brand, $5.00 cheaper, with Zero alcohol; Right On The Dot! I immediately placed this brand, (also climate pledge friendly,) another point in its favor, on subscribe and save, and put some in my coffee as soon as it arrived. When added to the agave nectar and creamer in my coffee, it brought out the magic touch, adding to the vanilla caramel flavor that I love in my coffee, and I can feel totally safe about it! In fact, I want it every month, instead of every 2 months, as I'd originally subscribed to.

I have been using powdered vanilla because I don’t want to use vanilla extract with alcohol. I’m ecstatic that I can use liquid vanilla again! Thank you for making this quality product!

I love this stuff, but nobody knows how to package and handle a glass bottle anymore. Bottle came in shattered and I didn't realize it at first, and I stuck my hand in there without looking. Thankfully I didn't cut myself. But seriously... Amazon needs to step up their game a little with packing things correctly. This is absurd. And this product can't be returned, so now I have to waste 15 minutes out of my day to chat with someone so I can get my money back. So not happy about this.

It was labeled as SUGAR FREE but it is very sticky to touch which indicates to me that it has sometype of sugar in it. Other brands of Mexican Pure Vanilla is never sticky. I WILL NEVER ORDER OR USETHIS PRODUCT AGAIN.

This is much better than other vanilla extracts that claim to be alcohol free. On most other products, the back label will say "Contains less than 0.5% alcohol," which is still a lot. Avoid them. I can tell that this one genuinely has no alcohol in it. All the other vanilla extracts make me feel toxified when I eat anything made with it (due to the alcohol, and other toxins that come along with the alcohol). Some will claim that all of the alcohol evaporates, which might be true, but it definitely leaves some toxins behind. By contrast, this brand makes me feel fine. I do not notice any toxic effects.

The vanilla is very good, but I received a completely broken bottle with no vanilla in it the first time around. Amazon would not except a return or a replacement request, but Dr. vanilla did send me a new bottle that was well wrapped, and in good condition when it showed up. I appreciate Dr. vanilla and their products and service, but I am disappointed with Amazon. Amazon did not put any wrapping at all on a glass bottle, that is ridiculous.
