updated after wearing a few weeks
Ok it's been a few weeks and I need to update this. These are very warm. I thought they would loosen up as I wore them but they are still very snug which causes my feet to get very hot and sweaty. The pair I have that aren't slip resistant are nice and comfy but these feel like they might have been a fraction of a bit smaller because they are tight and not getting looser and very hot after working a few hours. I still love them, but thought I should update it. Thanks.I have a pair of these exact shoes in the normal sole that isn't slip resistant and they have been my favorite shoes I've ever had. They are light, comfortable, and have lasted me over a year and a half which is way longer than any other shoes I've had for work. But they were slippery on wet floors. The fabric inside around the heels and toes has started to rub off which was to be expected having them for so long so I tried to get another pair. I found them here for about $20 less than the stores had them. Then I happened to stumble upon these slip resistant ones that the stores didn't have and got so excited. So I've had these a few days now and they are just like the others except they have a lot better grip on the tiled floors at work. They are super light, and fit well. I'm a size 12 and these are a little snugger than the other ones were. I am thinking the interior padding might be thicker because they hug my feet very snug. Like across the top of foot they are tight but it is only day 3 and they will get looser. Thinner socks would help but I don't have any of those.I would definitely get these again. They are the first shoes from Skechers I've had that have lasted longer than 3 months (Well these are a new pair, but I'm talking about the other pair). No they don't look good with a suit, but they are so comfortable that I don't care. I'm thinking I might stock up on them because I know they change designs every year or so and I want to have these for a long time. My doctor has a blue pair and when he saw mine he was telling me how much he loves his and we had a whole conversation about the trouble of finding something comfortable and light weight that lasts a long time. So there you go, I guess they're doctor approved too :)

Comfortable
I've been liking the offering from this brand for a while now. I find they fit me better than the old major brands I had been buying. These are very comfortable. They are easy to slip on and they stay in place while wearing them. I haven't gotten them wet (yet) so I don't know about the water resistance and I haven't had to clean them yet so I can't comment on that. Soles are very slip resistant. The only grip I have is that the soles SQUEAK loudly on all non-carpeted surfaces. I squeak on hardwoods, tiles, concrete and just about everywhere else. It's annoying as can be. I hope this stops with more wear and tear on the soles. Only reason I knocked off a star.

Firmer and More Snug than Expected for the Size
Very recently bought a pair of these, and a pair of Skechers for Work Men's Flex Advantage Slip Resistant Mcallen Slip On through Amazon, as well as a pair of Skechers Sport Men's Equalizer Double Play Slip-On Loafer (bought in a brick & mortar outlet in Sept. '16).All were purchased in men's size 9, and can pass for casual shoes rather than looking like typical running shoes or "sneakers"Despite the uncertainty of purchasing shoes online, I went ahead and did it. Here's my experience:Skechers for Work Men's Flex Advantage Slip Resistant Mcallen Slip OnThese fit very much like the Performance Men's Go Walk 4 Incredible: narrower, and very snug compared to the Equalizer Double-Play Slip-Ons, apparently built from a smaller last/form than those. These do have some arch support, a very different sole/tread pattern, and are stiffer than either of the other pair. These, too, are very light, with some leather-like material on the outside of the shoe around the toe and heel.Like the Performance Men's Go Walk 4 Incredible, I can wear these for a few hours, but will likely order a pair in 9 1/2.These, too, lack any flashy colors or accents and can pass for "casual shoes" instead of looking like sneakers.Sport Men's Equalizer Double Play Slip-On Loafer:Because these were the first pair I bought, (again, in a brick and mortar outlet where I could try them on), I used them as the "standard" by which to judge the others. These are very light, and roomy to the point where I felt they may come off my feet in periods of high activity. They're fine for just walking around or hanging out on the deck, by the grill, or other leisurely activities. These have no leather-like material around the toe or heel and may be the lightest of the 3 pair I've bought. The toe has a wider "box", and my feet don't feel cramped at all. Very comfy, but not for active sports, plus they don't look so much like "sneakers", and, thankfully, have only minimal orange-colored accents or flair. The inner sole is wide; too wide for my narrow foot, and flat. There's no material inside the shoe that provides any amount of arch support. (My doctor has told me I have flat feet, but have never noticed any pain from shoes that provide no extra arch support. If you're in need of that, don't expect it from these shoes).Even with socks, they still fit comfortably loose.Performance Men's Go Walk 4 Incredible:These are very light, but very snug, obviously not made from the same last/form as the Equalizer Double-Play Slip-Ons.VERY snug for a size 9 These are much narrower, with a more sharply-rounded toe, and some leather-like material around the toe and the heel. The sole, also, is much narrower than the Equalizer Double-Play Slip-Ons. While I can wear these for a few hours, they're too snug for all-day wear. I should have ordered a size 9 1/2, but again, the size I picked was based on how the Equalizer Double-Play Slip-Ons fit. I probably should have returned these, but I've been wearing them for a couple of days and the soles have begun to show the wear. I'll likely order these in a 9 1/2 for extra comfort.Thankfully, these have no neon-colored accents.Bottom line: it seems as if Skechers has either changed the last/mold/form they use to make their size 9's, (at least since I bought my first pair in Sept. '16), or they use different ones for different models; I don't know for sure. If you can end-up with the right size, these should prove to be comfy for all-day wear. Except for the Sport Men's Equalizer Double Play Slip-On Loafer, you might do best to order 2 pairs: 1 in your normal size, plus one in a half-size larger, and fully expect to return one of the pair.

Great product
I never thought I would purchase a pair of shoes online but I'm sure glad I decided to try. These Skechers fit me perfectly and are so comfortable. I will definitely buy again but next time I will try to get the Skechers slip-ins.
