Cleanse my lovely skin

I have been using Decleor face products for many years. They are not cheap but big bottles of cleanser and toner last me for a while. This product that not have much of a scent - not an issue. The main thing is my face feels refreshed after cleaning.

Took an age to arrive but be aware this product arrived super cloudy ! This Isn’t a genuine product !! Smelt the really thing. I used in a hurry - straight from postman , just thought would settle and I wished I hadn’t the breakout was bad !! WHATS IN THIS PRODUCT ?

No plastic seal, and product was cloudy (middle bottle in photo) compared to shop-bought (on either side). Obviously diluted with something.

My go-to astringent. Cleans my skin; the neroli scent puts me in a good mood:)

I am giving a 5 star for the product itself. Love the product.the 4 star is for the state in which it arrived. there were a couple of dents and knocks on the bottle. the plastic bottle was by itself, not in a box. It was in a bubble wrap, so that is understandable. however, the scratch on the top corner doesn't look like it occurred inside a bubble wrapped envelop.also, the pump was already "released" I could just pump out contents without having to twist it open, like i normally would for a new unused bottle. the inside of the bubble wrap was completely dry. meaning there is no spillage. this makes me conclude it was already twisted open and used before being put into the bubble wrap.Did not bother to return it because the bottle looks at least 95% full and I wanted to avoid the hassle of exchanging a bottle.

Decleor is a very good product.
