Love this hairdryer, it’s fast, efficient, has great attachments and is stylish to look at. I bought this to replace a Dyson one that broke and to be honest it’s every bit as good as the Dyson but has better attachments with adjustments on them, all at a much better price. Definitely gets 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me.

This has to be the best hairdryer I have ever used! Dries my hair within minutes, so light to hold, great accessories to use with it. Styles my hair wonderfully! Would recommend anyone to buy!

Two Dysons down and now on to a Shark (having followed a similar route with my vacuum cleaners!).Both Dysons have broken - the second one in under a year because the internal filter can’t cope when you use any sort of product on your hair. I’d call that a major design flaw! Yes, you can take the whole thing apart and clean it but then it does all over again in a matter of days - overheats and won’t work.Soooo, why bother when the Shark is half the price and so much better?! It dries faster, my hair has more volume and looks in better condition (honestly!). The Shark is noisier than the Dyson but it’s a hair dryer so that’s allowed! Very impressed and definitely won’t be going back to the Dyson!

It takes so long to dry my hair as it overheats and cuts out every 40 seconds approx. You also can't take the filter off the back to clean it so there's no way to stop it from happening. Might work better for straight hair but I need to use the diffuser and have a lot of hair, currently tempted to throw it across the room in frustration. Wish I'd spent a bit more to get the Dyson...

Fast hairdryer that doesn’t get too hot, doesn’t burn mine or my daughter’s head but dries quicker than other hairdryers. Dries my hair straight so I don’t need to use my straighteners which is a big bonus as I’m trying to stop breakage. Lovely quality. Been using for a month now

Filter blocked after a year but Shark gave good aftercare service to troubleshoot and it was easily fixed.

My wife being a former hairdresser is VERY fussy about hair dryers. She had heard about this model from a friend of hers (also a hairdresser) and managed to drop enough hints to me!Well, every time she uses it now I get a run down of what a wonderful bit of kit it actually is.I have to take her word for it due to being somewhat folically challenged myself!

Bought this in July, it was incredible. My hair had never been in such good condition, soft and shiny and held the styling for ages. It is louder and heavier than most normal dryers but it was not a problem for the results I was getting.However, after a couple of months the airflow and power significantly reduced, which caused it to overheat and cut out. It got so bad it would happen after only 30secs. Got a replacement in October and now in December I have requested a refund as it has happened again.Thoroughly disappointing, I hope this doesn't happen to yours but can't fault Amazon's customer service for sorting out a replacement and then refund. I'm off to buy a Dyson!
