Rock Krawler Suspension RK04383 Tie Rod

Overall this thing is thick and beefy. It weighs a lot more than you'd think for an aluminum part. The install went smoothly except that it hit my 17" Fuel wheels and I needed to reduce my steering to keep it from hitting.There were no instructions supplied with this item. That's unfortunate because all I had to go off of was a different Rock Krawler installation manual. I did 80ft\lb for the 22mm and the 26/27mm I'm going with 200 ft\lbs of torque. I estimate I put about 300-400 ft-lbs of torque on the lock nuts (they seem to be indestructible).

Wow! Beefy tie rod with massive ends. Feels like it something that belongs on an F350! The mechanic who installed it was blown away of how solid it was. Said he hadn't seen or installed anything that beefy on a jeep before. Was sent the wrong part initially on accident but seller immediately corrected and sent the tie rod and had it within a week. Excellent customer service!

Um...it’s a Rock Krawler tie rod. Basically indestructible.
