ZHLWIN Pendant Ceiling Light Fixture for Kitchen Island, Integrated LED Hanging Light with Crystal Bubble Glass 18W, Gold light 3-light

One of 2 burnt out few hours after installation. Too bad that I had to for installation and now it’s not worth it to pay to uninstall and reinstall. I wish I didn’t have to be stuck with a burnt light.

We bought this as part of a home remodel. No complaints on install it is pretty straight forward with 3 wires and ceiling mount. HOWEVER…It was made kind of flimsy and it only worked for 1 week and then it quit. Needs a new LED ballast.I got a new one and it quit as well. This time it was the light element in the hanging section.Because of the failure and low quality of the lamp along with how inconvenient it is to fix it I cannot recommend this fixture.

I love this light. It puts out just the right amount and temperature of light. It’s not bright enough as a stand-alone light but it’s perfect for what I needed it for, a fancy kitchen night light.

I seem to have the same issue as many others. After installing the product, it stopped working. I had an electrician look at it and he said that the transformer must be burnt out. I’m not able to contact the seller as well, so hopefully they will get in touch with me and let me know how to resolve the issue.

These lights look amazing, however ours burnt out shortly after install. We haven't had it for more than 5 months and it just stopped working entirely. I'd love to give them another shot because we really LOVE the look of them. Hoping to hear from the seller because you can't contact them directly.Update: the customer service was great ans the seller replaced the item for free. I will be sure to update if I have any further issues

I love the lights, however, one of them lasted 7 months and I have no clue where to go to get a replacement. I think the bulb/glass was short-lived versus the advertisement indicating its a long-life light. Please help me to find a replacement for the bulb/glass.

We bought three sets of this style light fixture two single and one triple light, we installed them only for one of the single to stop working and to add to the disappointment it stopped working after the return window had closed now we are stuck with a non working light. they are beautiful but don't purchase from here in case this happens.

I had the light fixture for short time it looks very elegant and clean until one of lights went out now I’m stuck looking at a blown light at the dinner table. I hope the seller receives this and respond back cause I would hate to get rid of the light cause of blown bulb. Week later all 3 lights are out.! Wow . I hate to say what it is but I bout it and all 3 lights are blank (out).
