Hole too big, came off in chimney
The hole foe the head is too loose. Halfway through the head came off the road. Took an hour to get the head back. Good thing I am an electrician had the tools to get it out

Order a flexible shaft, this brush does not come with one.
I suspect it works as designed but need to find a shaft to attach it to. The one I use for my dryer vent does not fit.

Is lost inside the smoker
The product doesn’t match to the original stick and is lost inside of the back of the chimney and I can’t get it back., I lost the product

Chimney sweep set… not yet used
Hi..first order I received came with the bristle head only. So I asked for a refund. I’ve ordered again hoping it will all arrive this time.
