Good taste but price is very high

Better than Ensure Protein powder at low price. Very good. I brought it in BBD sale at 320/- but now above 420/-

Sugar content is high, flavor is OK. may be effective, i couldn't notice it. Hope must be effective, since a Dr.Reddy product.

Didn't mix well even in Hot waterTastes weird

I was suggested to take protein but always felt bloated and left with a bitter taste after consuming them. But this protein powder suits to my gutt health, never feeling like bloating, easy to digest and of course great in taste with friendly flavor! It's unique natural plant based protein blend makes it high in fibre too. I'm feeling high in energy, less muscle cramps and my immune system is also getting benefits. The flavour is nice and good in taste.

The product has over 50% sugar content. It is too sweet. Basically being a protein drink it is for elderly. Even with one spoon with milk it is too sweet. I was earlier using Ensure which was balanced drink. I brought it since it is from Dr. Reddy's Lab.
