Handle is very cheap quality.The cleaning clothe got teared after 4-5 uses.Not even able to use this cleaner for 1 month. It's got totally damaged.

Product is a smaller than expexted
This product is smaller than the one I need. It will not reach the height for which I wanted this... Do you have a bigger similar product in which the rod and the mob both are big ?

Flimsy, damaged product - non-returnable product
Low quality, flimsy product that is non-returnable. Don't understand how they can deliver damaged product and cause so much inconvenience to customer. Please make sure purchases are made after checking returnable policy for such products. They have left the wrapper stuck at the right place and not wrapped entire product probably to conceal the damage. I hope they have some business ethics to refund for this product and take product back for inspection.

Flimsy product
Was looking forward to a good microfiber wall and ceiling cleaning cloth with long handle. It does have a long handle but the microfiber cloth is horrible! Could have been denser. The attached photograph looks like it is dense. However, the microfiber strips are not close together and due to this cleaning is a pain. Further, a spare microfiber cloth could have been included at an additional cost. Anyway, I would not buy this again.
