I bought this for a friend and work colleague who suffers from back injuries and pain. Since we're both of a certain age where the use of cooling pack to address body aches and pains is called for more frequently, I have some experience with the challenges of placing cooling packs on affected body parts and having them stay in place to do their work! I also know from experience you likely need more than one of these handy and chilled to provide the ongoing relief you need. When I saw this product, I was immediately struck by the design with a way to strap it into position. I also liked the gel, knowing it generally chills quickly, keeps the chill and forms to your body when in use. So, sent it off to my friend as a gift and she immediately let me know when she got it how wonderful it was working for her! I'm going out to buy my own now. If it works as well as she said, I'll likely buy a second so I can have 2 in rotation when I need them.

It works great and the size is perfect to cover large area of pain.

I bought this to use after back surgery while away from my ice machine. It works well and is made well. If I had to nit pick I would have to say that I wish it stayed cold longer but I don't think it was intended for exactly my use. Good product.

This was a live saver for me following back surgery. The size is perfect for a back and the padding provides some comfort. I'm pleasantly surprised at how long the pad stays cold. I'll be using this after rounds of golf.

The quality and softness of the ice pack is great! It retains it’s cooling for several hours and by having the straps, it allows you to walk around and be mobile. Another thing that’s great is when you pull it out of the freezer and unfold it, it’s not rigid and is easily malleable to put on your back. I would highly recommend

I like that it covers my whole back from neck to tailbone. All over heat for my back.
