Perfect for my classic Bridgestone RB-1
I have a classic Bridgestone RB-1, with its original Cinelli stem (not much else is original) and this Nitto handlebar was a perfect fit and replacement for a cheap (not original) bar which had corded (should check and clean for that often if your bike spends a lot of time on a trainer). A very nice classic look to it and the sale price here was a really great deal compared to several well known stores.

It does it all as it clams too
need a new handle bar for my 76 raleigh grand prix world champ. the current redonur bar was too narrow and splad out which put the brake hoods in a funky position which didn't jive with my hands and wrist. I debated between these noodles and the Dia Compe Grand Compe bars. I setle with these cause it suited the budget better since I had other parts to replace. I own dia compe components and I love them. so this positive review doen't in any way dimish the value of the Grand Compe bars.the slight tilt back towardds the end of the tops is a great benifit when switching between hand & body potions, especially when on a slick brooks sb17 narrow, some sliding occasionally occurs thus its nice to push against the bar without losing even slightes control of your front end especially when in rush hour traffic. the lenghth of the drops are perfect for me since I spend about 60% of my time in the drops, this allows great aero dynamics without comprmising comfort in the sholders or base of the neck behind the trapazoidal muscles. I purchased 42cm width, this paired with cane creek scr-5 geko grip brakes offer some awesome comfort to the hands without having long modern brake hoods found on new millenium bikes that have/use intergrated bakeing & shifting such as found on my 2010 Felt F5. the nitto/mash knigh logo are classyy to boot on top of that. these bars are great and comfortable for both short or long distant rides. even considering replacing my current deda track drops on my track bike with these to give me a shorter reach. but one project at a time

Good alternative to Dura Ace AX aero bars
If you are doing a vintage aero project using Dura Ace AX or Shimano 600 AX components and can't find / afford the original bars, then these have similar geometry and can simulate the look. I understand that Nitto previously made some alloy components for Shimano, so there is also some historic connection even though these are modern (and affordable) bars.

Great Bar
My favorite dropped bar. All of my bikes have either this bar or the Velo Orange Porteur.

It allows multiple comfortable hand positions which is really useful on long rides
Handlebar is lightweight, but a little tricky to install on a quill stem. It allows multiple comfortable hand positions which is really useful on long rides. All in all a really good handlebar.

Tight curl puts the bar-end shifters in easy reach. Beautiful Japanese simplicity
Just right for a women's touring bike. Lots of hand angles are possible. Tight curl puts the bar-end shifters in easy reach. Beautiful Japanese simplicity.
