This is literally the best invention for baby nails. The clipper is not sharp at all so you can get pretty close To the skin. And the buffer, filer and shaper etc. are easy to use and they aren’t harmful to the baby .

It’s nice and gets the work done. Easy to use on my 2 month baby.

Very easy to use not loud. Kids can also use it to do their own nails I would let my 8 year old grand daughter file down her nails her self

If left on finger nails too long it will burn. Didn't know it until my 6 yr old told me. Used it on my newborn didn't know why she was crying poor baby 😭

This is a pleasing, competent nail care device designed primarily for use on infants and perhaps toddlers. In fact, their suggested usage/age range is 0 - 12 months (although they do include some pads for adult application, which could also be used for all age groups). The main aspect of the 'baby' pads is the softer grit, which would be appropriate for the finger and toe nails of infants.The device is fairly quiet during operation. You have the choice of two speeds and rotation direction. These are accessed by the switch on the handle. The middle position is 'off', with two indents in either direction for the rotation direction. Each direction offers a 'low' and 'high' speed. When using this feature there is small directed light. I would think that most people would attend to this task in a well lit area. However, it is still a nice feature to help provide clear viewing.The nail clipper feature is an issue, though. It is a manual clipper, with the lever on the handle back. You need to angle it at the right spot to turn it into the correct position, the plastic body actually obstructs the lever a bit when you're trying to get it turned around. Another issue is the design of the clipper head. I feel they devoted too much attention to the visual aspect, and not the functionality. The clipper blades are recessed and I feel there's too much plastic decorative parts that get in the way.The grinder pads simply pull off and push onto a spindle. They work as expected. Per the intended age group, it's not a very robust motor, but does get the job done.Attached are photos to show real world images of the clipper/grinder device, with a ruler for size reference. Various angles and close ups are provided for a comprehensive overview of the product.Overall, I like the grinder feature. The design creates a device that is probably less frightening for a young child to see, which is a positive. Based on initial impressions, this device earns a 4 star rating.

The media could not be loaded.  3/4/2022. So i got the hang of it. I actually love it, my son loves it. This replaced my baby nailcitter from fridababy and the electric nailfile that I bought here in amazon. Both ends have light, the nailcutter collects the nail clippings and you dump those in the trash after so it’s not flying everywhere when you cut your child’s nails. I’m still giving it a 4 star because it doesn’t have a hard case and I wish there’s a small window in the nail clipper like the frida so I can see how much I’m cutting. The weak nailfile, stupid me, it can be adjusted.I love that it have nail clipper with light and the nail file in 1. I have been using a different baby’s nail file since I gave birth to my now 2yo and loved it. This one though, it’s comfortable to hold, light weight and easy to use. However, I noticed that the nailfile is to weak, it does what it’s supposed too but is too slow. It comes with different buffer type but no extra’s, i’m not sure of the availability of the extra buffers here in amazon. Inalso hope there is a case. It’s just the box and we know that wears out fast. Over all i loved it. Because it’s 2-1, comfy.
