They and keep my hot drink more than 6 hours. Good quality.

I like this because I wanted a travel mug that worked with loose leaf tea AND had a handle (why that's so tough to find I don't know). This solves for that. BUT other reviewers are right, having to drink this *only* with the top off is a ridiculous thing. That's why the heat retention (1hr) is so low: it's essentially exposed to the air, unless you're taking the top off/putting it back on throughout the entire drinking process, which is kind of inconvenient too. For the price, not being able to keep the lid on... that's really silly. Really silly.

Other than the tea portion that I love. This cup keeps its promise of maintaining ice cold and unmelted for hours! Great for people who like drinking cold tea, juice, coffee, lattes, pop, etc... but don't want to compromise their Hydroflask with anything besides water. So impressed by the technology

This tumbler is absolutely perfect. I had been looking for an insulated tumbler equipped with a handle that would allow me to brew teas. The size is just perfect, as I sipping on my tea over the morning hours. Keeps it evenly warm. It was so difficult to find one with handle and I am loving this tumbler, the size, the capability and really like the brown (brown/gray color). Yes, it may have been a bit pricey and more than I have paid in the past for a good tumbler, but well worth the money. My tea tasted amazing after it brewed in this tumbler. Again, really love the handle and size. AWESOME

The product looks nice but that’s about the only good thing. Beware, it can’t be drank out of from the lid. You have to completely remove the top then drink. Strangely though the lid is quite elaborate and has a weird rubber stopped button in it which stops liquid getting into the cavity of the lid but also makes the drink cool quicker. You can remove the top part of the lid but for no good reason as drink cannot transfer into the lid area for drinking. It’s effectively a very expensive cup with a lid on. Buy the Zolrushi flask instead of this cup as they are brilliant, like magic, your drink will be hot even the next day and you can easily drink on the go anywhere.
