Whenever I felt like a cold coming, itch in throat, runny nose, sore to swallow... I took 3 of these and felt better the next day. I'd take 1 the next day to seal the deal, as instructed. And symptoms would be gone. Gonna always have a bottle of these in the house! They're on the larger side, but still easy for me to swallow. No weird taste, but honestly even if there was it would be worth it.

If you start to feel sick or off health wise, you take three capsules a day with food you continue to do this while you feel an imbalance. You can take a maintenance dose of one capsule a day after this. There are 20 servings in this immunity and wellness jar. This extra boost of vitamins helps shorten the time of sickness and keep you well.

Maybe I'll change my mind as time goes on and I've gone through this bottle, but as of now, I regard these immunity supplements as being just okay for my needs. To date, I can't tell that they are helping me all that much, but as mentioned, that could change by the time I get through the bottle. Though not a concern for me, it's good that they are gluten free and made for vegetarians for those with such concerns.One thing that I definitely do not like is that I can taste the bitterness when I put these in my mouth. Not strong, but I sure make sure that I swallow them fast. Usually the taste of capsules don't phase me, but I found these to be noticeable.

This is ok. I have stronger fighting stuff but I thought I'd give this a go. It is a good combo. Something you could take everyday weather you were sick or not just to keep you at good levels. Easy for me to swallow. No smell.

I take immunity boosters daily so this was a good one to cycle in. I rather take capsules than mouth sprays or gummies. It says to take 3 at first in case of imbalance but I didn't have to since I've been taking these types of things regularly. 1 capsule a day, this has 60 days worth.

Nice ample sized bottle. Not a completely no name brand but one that has a footprint in other stores. It has all the goodness that one needs in today's climate. I appreciate the C, D, Zinc, and Reishi Mushrooms, plus an extra herb formula.Solid immune boosting ingredients. It puts a little pep in my step when I take it.
