LOSTAR Suspension Enhancement System For 2009-2021 Ram 1500 DR1500DQ Rear Kit

Super easy to install on my 2012 Ram pickup with a little WD-40 on each and a block of wood and pry bar on top of the axel. The next set I could do in 5 mins im sure. I'm very glad I did this for pulling trailers it was night and day. It does make the ride a little ruff 100% of the time so I'm glad I didn't do this on my daily driver. If you have a daily driver that also hauls large loads occasionally, I would look at different spring rates instead.

Originally I was going to go with Airlift or sumo springs but, I'm too lazy to install those. So I opted for these springs instead. Installation literally took me 10 minutes. I pried off the stock bump stocks, then I put these in without lifting the truck. It can be done, but just to be safe that I got them in firmly, I lifted one side with stock jack and put a piece of wood and did the same on other side. Then just lowered it and lifted back and took off the piece of wood. Jobs done.Now performance is what I was excepting based on reviews. I towed 5000lb to 6000lb 24 foot RV 9 hours one way and 9 hours back, in a high winds and a heavy rain. These springs reduced the sway by around 80 to 90 percent, which is great and exactly what I was going for. Also keep in mind weight distribution hitch also needed because on their own these don't do a good job of reducing sway. Because on my way back from my trip about half way, my hitch lost its adjustments and got back to swaying a lot more than I feel comfy with. So I had to stop and readjust the sway adjustment on my hitch. So good weight distribution hitch + these springs work very nicely. I was comfortable reaching speeds of 70 miles per hour when winds were low, and my rig was very stable.Driving without a load is ok. It does feel bumpy at times when you go through bumps, but I can live with it, its not terrible, and I can take them off if I won't tow for a long time. They are easy to take off as well.Overall I think these are worth the money I paid.

Easy to replace the factory items for these. Truck carries weight so much better.

The original ones I took off were light and had basically fallen apart. I took these out of the box and they were really heavy and feel well made. The fit was snug and I had to twist and push but I eventually got it in. So far the ride is great and I’d highly recommend these.

These things are great. My Ram 1500 is a commuter most of the time but when it’s loaded it’s loaded. I’ve hauled several loads of wood stacked to the roof. I’ve been across the scales at my local scrapyard with over a ton of metal. These loads used to point the headlights to the sky but not with these. She sits perfectly level fully loaded and they’ve been in for about a year and a half. Would recommend.

We have a 1500 Ram pickup and pull at 33ft 7,000 lb camper. It normally would squat the pickup down a lot even with the stabilizer bars on. This helps so much! It still squats some but not as bad as it did. I also don’t notice it ridding more rough when we are not pulling something. Would most definitely recommend. Installation was very easy and took about 30 mins.

These where incredibly easy to install. Lubed them, put them in place and jumped on the box a few times. Popped right in. Have a slide in truck camper in the back of my 1/2 ton truck. Works like a charm. 👍
