I purchased one for both of my hands and although rather pricey, they fit so well. They give me the support that I need just for my thumbs with restricting my movements. I use allot of hand and power tools for my work and paired with an over the hand wrist brace that protects the thumb brace from getting dirty and having the support for both my wrist and thumb i can do my work with no issues.. Bottom line literal life savers for me....I got a size small because i have small hands but they fit true to size so measure your hand from the bottom of your thumb to the other side of your hand and look at the chart it will fit well

The media could not be loaded. I cannot believe how much pain relief I have had with this brace. I have an autoimmune disease that causes increased pain with arthritis and I have been miserable until I found this brace. My rheumatologist recommended it. It's fairly comfortable. I forget I even have it on sometimes. It's not noticeable at least nobody has asked me what's wrong a million times, and it stabilizes my thumb really well but not to the point where I can't do anything. I highly, highly recommend this brace for thumb arthritis. I cannot say enough good things about it. In my video I mentioned that it looks a little weird when you turn your hand over, but nobody ever sees that LOL! I don't go around with my palm holding up. And like I said nobody even notices it. So buy this brace if you need your thumb joint supported.

These braces (I bought one for each hand) take a little getting used to but require very little adjustment for first use. They help relieve pain in doing light household work and gardening and also survive getting wet, but are a too bulky to be worn under work gloves. I hope they hold up okay!

I bought this and another one that looks like jewelry for the problem I have with hyperextension of my thumb. This is far superior, super comfortable, and well made! I was so happy to see it was made in Germany and not in China! I'm planning on buying another.

The photographs in the listing make the brace look like it's gray. But it's got these ugly black straps with the company's TM name on it: "Actimove". So it is very noticeable while wearing it. Very ugly. Why don't they just make it all one color and not put their big name in white lettering right on the top of the hand on ugly Velcro black straps? (Seems like they might be hiding the fact in the listing.) Please see the picture in the photos with the reviews.Additionally, the strap around the thumb cuts into the thumb's middle joint. Let's see if it is something I get used to!The "push brace" I got at HandLab has less-noticeable gray Velcro straps... that MATCH the brace!

I saw on other reviews of this product that the hard plastic parts could be painful. I gave it a try, though, because I needed something with a low-profile wrist area that wouldn't cover up my Apple watch. It would have been great if the hard plastic had some cushioning added to it by the manufacturer. I did measure my hand and ordered the right size. Also know that if you have thin hands like I do that you may not be able to pull the Velcro strip that goes around the base of the thumb tight enough to help anyway. Truly sorry to return this item. I had very high hopes for it.

This was recommended by a doctor, instead of paying for hospital orthopedic one. Substantial savings and works great

This is my third appliance. I have worn two other ones out. This a very dependable product. Well made & lasts a long time. I have surgery soon.

l articolazione del pollice rimane ben ferma permettendo cmq di poter muovere la mano (esempio: lavare i piatti). mia madre ne ha tratto giovamento da quando lo usa, prima aveva sempre la mano dolorante.

右手用を病院で紹介され　左手用をこちらで購入しました。最初は半信半疑でしたが　両手ともつけてるうちに痛み　痺れ　共に落ち着いて来ました。字が書きづらい　物が取りづらいという不便はあるのですが、就寝中も含め3週間ぐらいで　すごくよくなりました。

Semplice da indossare, ben studiato non crea problemi di sudorazione alle mani. Indossato durante la notte non lo sento neppure e non disturba il sonno.
