We had a fancy light fitting with some 81mm silver glass balls hanging from it. One got smashed and bought these to replace the smashed one. Managed to drill a hole in the top and secure wire to the ball and it looks like the original. Luckily these are very light. Drilling was a problem, had to put a small dent in the top of the ball and then drill into that. THe fact all four survived the dent method shows how strong they are. The light fitting was over £300 so for £8 its been fixed. Might replace all 8 balls for safety in the future.

I bought these for a friend who really wanted them.I think they are too light in weight.Quite flimsy and the balls are smaller than I expected.On the upside they look quite nice and my friend loves them.

Bought this set for garden fountain diy project but not got all accessories yet the balls are well made very shiny and seamless and will look great in my fountain and at a very good price all come individually sealed with no marks on them very happy

This ball is actually made from plastic/glass. Very Cheap feeling. Also came with some scratches. Aside from that, it serves it's purpose after some good cleaning.

A heron had eaten most of our pond goldfish! We were desperate to try something to prevent this from happening again, especially since we wanted to replace with new fish. We first purchased one set of these, and realized the balls did not give enough coverage in our small pond, which is approximately 6x6 feet, so we immediately purchased two more sets . Ever since using these balls, we have not had a heron ! We believe other predictors may have been ward off as well because we've noticed how calm and unstressed our fish have become. They used to be hiding when we approached, but now they come right over when we feed them.The balls give a delightful, bubbly, elegant look to the pond, which we really enjoy.The balls are excellent quality, priced well , light weight and but sturdy. They are stainless and do not have any seams. They float around and never sink. We are very pleased and highly recommend this product.
