I bought these for my son who has a little nighttime problem. When i first started looking for him boys nighttime stuff is $$$$ like one was 40$. I was glad to find these i did try a small at first but they were a little tight and where you could still his underwear when that got wet his bed did too. I ordered a medium and they fit great. We do use cloth diaper inserts with them and its as dream. He isnt embarrassed because thats the only thing that gets wet. I will tell you if he pees a lot it still stays in there. He has had to get in the shower because he could feel the pee moving around but it didnt come out it was sealed.i do love these that i bought. Second pair to help out with wash day. Definitely try if you needing something to hold up. I do wash them but i do not dry i hang it up.

This is the second pair that I have purchased for my husband. I originally bought these about a year ago and they are still holding up well. Sometimes I hand wash them and at other times they go in the washer. I can't speak for the comfort since they are not worn by me and, unfortunately, my husband cannot communicate his thoughts. I just know they work and with his other nighttime incontinent underwear, they are better than anything else I have tried.

They are the best of the ones I've tried. What they will do is keep loose bowel movement and pee contained so that clothes stay dry during the day for a few hours, and the bed doesn't get as wet overnight for someone that is completely incontinent. They do a good job of containing loose bowel movement overnight. If the person pees a lot, the pee will still leak and pads are still needed, but the pad won't be soaked. They snap on and are good if changing a person in the bed. They are soft, The leg is adjustable. These are comfortable around the thighs. They don't have that tough elastic.These are durable and washable. Many of the plastic one rip after the first use. These don't stick to the skin like the plastic ones. They cost a lot, but. I figure everything is expensive.In trying to find products to help care for a person, it is easy to forget their comfort and focus on solving the problem. All the other panties I tried had the leg opening that were tight. Yeah, they contained the pee, but left marks indented in the skin. That creates another problem for someone that needs to use them daily. This isn't a perfect solution. These help and offer comfort.

I ordered this for my son with special needs. I ordered size small as he is 100 pounds 5’3” with cerebral palsy. He has pretty thin legs for his size and these were way too small around his thighs to the point of cutting off circulation and that was with them snapped on biggest snap. They fit everywhere else except the thighs. Very disappointing.

When I am watching distracting material, the diaper can start to leak. So this delays damage to furniture.

The media could not be loaded. These snap type are much easier to use than those without snaps. If they are a little too tight in the leg you can just undo the one of the bottom snaps. We have both the none snap pull-ups and this snap variety work much better.These are not plastic so they don’t make noise and they are much more comfortable.They do readily absorb colors when washed with any other material other than white.👍Please if helpful to you.

It arrived quickly and looked great but did not keep my grandmas clothes dry during the night. We wont buy again or recommend for adults with incontinence.

Item arrived, well-packaged and on-time. I had previously ordered the X-large and returned. Contacted the customer service for the company and they answered my questions and were helpful.I like two features of this garment, the first is the snap up sides and as someone pointed out the last snap can be left undone. Also I like that the material is lightweight, not bulky.I have not worn them yet, only tried them on, however I think the leg opening is too snug. But for me, the intent of using the garment is protect the upper front of my clothiers, I am not so worried about leakage at the leg area. My upper leg measures 25" (female).Likely the incontinence pants, with one bottom snap left undone will do the job just fine (I am not using the garment over diapers but regular cotton underwear with a pad.For referrence I am 5' 8", 176lb and waist about 36"

I like how they keep everthing like my bedding and my pjs dry at night they fit well and do not pinch my skin they have double snaps at waist and legs if you need a tighter fit love them would highly recommend these diaper cover snap pant whould buy more if they restock these and the price is chear for the quality of pant you get
