this will flush you out like nothing else... even for someone with major constipation problems (my elderly dad), this does work. do not use more than 2, if you don't want to poop for the whole day :)

I love this product. As promised, I didn't feel uncomfortable or gassy after taking it, and it worked well; I followed the directions, taking it at bedtime with a full glass of water. It's worth noting that it said you could take one or two caplets, and I chose to take one not knowing how my body would react to it, so I can't vouch for what happens if you take the full 2-caplet dose; however, I can say that one was enough for me.

It works but I get a really bad tummy ache when it’s time to go. Besides that, it definitely clears you out. I only take 1 of the recommended 2 because that works fine for me. When I tried 2, I had diarrhea and that was not fun. I recommend taking this around bedtime maybe 7/8 pm as it will take a while to work (About 8/9 hours).

Great product! I normally get a lot of cramping with colon cleanse products, but not with NutriRise. Very good product, no side effects. Colon detox is a great way to stay healthy and boost your immunity.

Yes, it cleans out my body...But I also get really bad headaches from this. I don't think I've lost any weight but do know that it does clear out anything that might be clogged. There are other products on the market that do this job w/out giving a splitting headache the next day. I'll stick to them. Thank you.

I personally like this product and would definitely order again in the future. I was reading some of the negative reviews and I will say I took the pills at night and woke up in the morning with really bad cramps. Then I got up and went to the bathroom & was fine. Isn't that what it's supposed to do? Over all good product!!

They work great!But I would suggest spending the day at home if you plan on taking them.

I've been taking these pills a week and half now. First I started with one a night and now 2 a night. I haven't really lost any weight but over all I have more energy and I feel better! I don't feel tired and sluggish during the day. I feel lighter and healthier.
