This product is incredibly impressive. The build quality is excellent, although the cost is quite high. One potential drawback is the use of C-size cells, which can add to the overall cost. I believe the brand should consider moving to a rechargeable option, as this would likely be well-received by customers.

theres large and small models.always buy large.i bought both.small one didn't catch any.large model is masterpiece.killed all rats with no issues.

The product is a good item to stop rats and mice. Could be built sturdier, buy works as advertised. Put the bait in the bait area, put in 4 C Type batteries (Available on Amazon), arm it and wait. It stops rats even bigger than its own length. Expensive, but peace of mind. Will be buying another soon. Stop rats dead in their tracks. A little clean up of the lower part of the trap is required, but it's simple enough. Wipe with wet cloth, then wipe the kill zone with vinegar to get rid of any odour, then repeat.The only negative would be that it's hard to know when a rodent has been caught without checking frequently. The green LED blinks every 10 seconds after a catch, but the places it is put in, you wouldn't know easily. Apart from that, a commendable product.

I have been dealing with a mice investation since July. I have an issue with dealing with mice due to past trauma. I tried several traps that I was so pleased could dump the entire trap. However it didn't take long and the mice were trap smart and I was dealing with even more sign. I decided I would try these electronic traps, knowing I would need to "suck it up" and get something I could reuse and limit my exposure. I made a great choice. I bought two different brands of electronic traps. The first day I set them up I began catching mice. They do what they claim. The ouse goes in, is killed with an electric shock and I know by the flashing green light I need to dump. It took me a while to get the hang of dumping without seeing the mouse but that's just me. If you have no PTSD issues you'll have no problem dumping them. I prefer an opening on the end as I can place them closer to the wall and places I know they are entering or hiding. I have found thsese work great by doors such as where the mice wered hiding in the water heater closet. I placed two traps along the base of the door reversing them so the opening was each direction and cuaght mice coming and going. The fact they are battery operated is perfect because it provides more options for their location independent of a electrical plug. I would highly recommend these for anyone dealing with mice. Easy to bait, easy to set, place and just slide the button to on, and easy to dump. They're reusable, safe for my furbaby and effecient. I'm also proud to say, that with the successful trappings these provided, I'm managing my PTSD so much better than any trap could, especially sticky traps and the standard traps.

Wanted to wait a few days before writing a review, very cool product, easy to use & set up, caught & killed the 1st mouse today, took 3 days but I kept changing it's location, 4 stars due to the light was not green indicating I had caught something, but cat was screwing with so I looked & seen the tailUpdated review to 5 stars, it's working like a charm, green light flashes indicating a kill. Quick & easy clean up.
