If you are using this product to strip cable be warned that it will cut into the insulation of the conductors inside the cable.

Older cables seem to be fine, but newer cables have razor marks. There is no problem with the optical core. A bit insecure to use.

Jonard makes some great tools. This isn't one of them
The blades are not adjustable so it will only work properly if the OSP fiber cable sheathing is exactly the correct thickness for the blades, otherwise, it slices right through the sheathing and into the buffer tubes. If you work with lots of different brands of OSP fiber cable, this is not the tool you want
