This was obtained at the recommendation of my health care provider. It didn't stand out as a supplement (who can really tell) but paying attention to nutrition and supplements eased symptoms over time.

Supplement seems to be helping. I am feeling better since I have started these. I will buying these again.

It's very difficult to say with supplements whether they're doing their job or not. I really haven't noticed any difference since I've been taking them, but I am taking them daily. Pretty much all of the ingredients I have never heard of before and have no idea what their purpose is! I just like a daily women's supplement! They really have no taste and they're a normal size and easy to swallow. I have not had any side effects, even taking on an empty stomach, so I appreciate that.

I take roughly 20 supplements each day on account of not having a healthy diet. I did not have any in my arsenal specifically manufactured for hormonal women. I was on birth control for 15 years straight before I had to get off for ongoing complications after trying to switch types. Since being all natural, I have rediscovered the pure misery of being a woman. The cramping, bloating, elongated cycles, and horrible hormonal breakouts have caused some serious decline in my normal swagger. So, when I had the opportunity to try Pomona right when I needed it most, I took it. I was in the middle of the worst breakout of my adult life. I was fighting with boyfriend for the first time in years. I missed Christmas because I had the flu. And then...I also had to deal with cramps and other unpleasantness from the most ill-timed period ever. Needless to say, I needed something...anything!...to help me through the rough patch. I took 2 straight from my mailbox. I didn't notice an immediate effect or other such miracle but I later realized that I felt calmer within 24 hours. I have taken 2 every day since and I feel so much less frazzled, bloated, and crampy. My face is still breaking out with the deep kind of zits but I have noticed a reduction in general redness and sensitivity of my face. I'm hoping by next month, my face will be recovered and the Ponoma supplements will keep me from breaking out that badly again. I felt kind of off yesterday and wasn't sure why until I realized I missed a dose. And that is good enough proof for me that the supplements are doing something!

My wife is at that age in her life where she is starting to look for supplements to help regulate her body as things are changing. Many of the included ingredients have been shown to help relieve symptoms for aging women and to help with the change.However, She has been taking these for almost 2 months now and has not noticed anything different. She has taken other supplements that have similar claims that have worked.Overall, for the price of a 2 month supply, it's worth a try for you. As with all supplements, they seem to be hit or miss. Just because they did not work for her, does not mean they will not work for you.

I really like this product. Many manufacturers and sellers have a tendency to overstate the benefits. However, that is not the case this time because this product really worked for me. I have to give it my highest recommendation. Five stars!

The worst part of getting older is this wonderful time called peri-menopause or as I like to call it hell!! It completely sucks!! My body's going crazy and you never know how you're going to feel minute to minute. 🤨😣🤪😉🙃 I was thrilled when I saw this natural herbal supplement. I'm not to the point where I want to start using medications, so the natural way is what I'm doing right now. This supplement is made with the high quality herbs of black cohosh, red clover, dong quai, red raspberry powder, licorice, sage, chasteberry, blessed thistle, wild yam and trans-resveratrol. It also contains soy isoflavones, which I'm on the fence about using, but it's helped so much with hot flashes and night sweats that I don't care what's in it. 🤣🤣 Not only does it work, but I love that it's made in the US in a GMP certified and FDA inspected facility. That gives me comfort knowing that it's not coming from China or another country that doesn't monitor the safety of products. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because the pills are HUGE!! I can normally swallow multiple pills at once, but with these I have to do one at a time. Other than that, I LOVE these pills and they've been a lifesaver!
