I've not used adjustable dumbbells before and am really pleased with these. They save a lot of space and its really quick to change weights when exercising. I've had them a month now and the weight selection mechanism is still working perfectly

These dumbbells feel sturdy and the locking mechanism clicks into place and rotates nicely. However, in the description of the listing and in the pictures, there is supposedly a soft, silicone molded grip. The dumbbells I have received have a hard plastic grip that when using at max weight (40kg) digs into the palms and isn't all that comfortable. Secondly these dumbbells are unbranded (that may be standard onadjustables).Delivery and packaging of the product was fine**.For now, I will rate these as 3*, mainly due to slightly misleading product description. However, once I've trained with these over the next few months, if they are still performing well, I'll revisit this review.

The mechanism has snapped in the exact same place on both dumbbells - the third plate in. It’s sheared off and no longer holds the weight - after just two weeks of use.

Nice product, I've been training for years and can tell these are good quality, durable and real heavyweight.1 slight problem if I'm honest.It's quite clear they've even been used before by a previous customer or they've been bashed about in the warehouse as there's a few marks which would indicated dropping or use, not a problem for me though as they will see alot of use and will get bashed about in my garage but if they are a present it may be different.

Great for workouts. Required plates can be taken in trips. I recommend this product.
