Rick and Morty Vol. 4 (4)

Volumes 1-3 were nothing short of amazing- I really loved them. I hate to say it, but the flavor of this book just missed it for me... It felt like filler, and knockoffs of the show. I guess they ran out of material during the wait for the next season of the show and weren't allowed to explore ideas that might be too similar to as of yet unseen episodes? I figure that is always a possibility... Anyway, that said, the slack quality of writing ended my excitement for this series and I might check out Volume 5 but I'm not stoked about it. Meh. Volume 1-3 are must reads though!!!

Obviously Rick and Morty is the best thing ever, and as such I give every comic book 5 stars. I was just a little disappointed with either the packing or something cuz when I bought this issue (new) it came pretty banged up. Bends on multiple corners and a large gash on one cover.... Kinda weird tho... I bought three books and once and the other two were perfectly fine. Only one was damaged.

My daughter is obsessed with Rick and Morty and by the time it shipped to our door, she immediately picked it up, opened the box and started to read it till the end of the day. The packaging was great and it came a bit earlier than we thought it would come! Overall I give this one a five star review!

this series is written as well as the animated television series. Very funny and engaging work. The art, too, is as good as the animated series (maybe better!). I greatly enjoyed this and other volumes of the series. the price is right and the book is beautifully produced and printed!

Some people mentioned that this book isn't as good as the first 3. I disagree, this has the same quality as the other books. I enjoyed the storylines. If you enjoyed the first 3 books or the TV show, this is a must buy! Art and writing is superb.

A bit more of a clear, continuous arc through the issues of this volume. Although, it feels a bit less meaningful than previous collections--only slightly so. There are great jokes, visual gags, adventure, and grim existential observations that provoke defensive laughter. So still a great supplement to the show

Of the 4, this is my least favorite, but it's still amazing. :)

Not as described arrived worn and not as expected

Doesn't quite capture the tone of the show in quite the same way as some of the previous volumes. There are still some solid jokes but does sometimes feel quite repetitive and simplistic in its approach.

Been collecting these since they first came out. The story in each is great.I would say if you have a friend or family member who likes south park, family guy or American Dad then they will love reading this comic, and with our a doubt watch the series
