OGIO Rockwell 15" Computer Laptop Backpack, Navy

This is my 2nd Ogio Surge RSS laptop case. I got my first one, from a company, that I used to work for. It was a rugged and pretty awesome backpack, but they had it embroidered with their company logo. When I changed companies, I decided to buy an "unbranded" version to use from now on. The materials used in the Surge are much thicker and more resilient than the other Ogio backpacks, and they are strong. My former Surge (with the company logo on it) has been shoved under airline seats dozens of times, and has held up like a champ.There are the right amount of pockets, with some exterior pockets, that are perfect for things you need quickly (glasses, Smokes, chargers, whatever). I would buy this Ogio Surge again, but I doubt that I will need one for many years.

I love all the pockets and how they are organized. So easy to get to the thing I need quickly. From back to front-Back pocket will only fit a laptop. This bag is made for a laptop so it is protected well. 2nd pocket is the largest and will fit any cords paperwork, maybe even a T-shirt or Jacket. Next pocket fits an Ipad perfectly. front pocket great for the small stuff. This is not a good backpack for if you need to pack for an overnight stay somewhere. Not alot of room for clothes.Top pocket is perfect for a pair of glasses in a glasses case. Side pockets great to store small things. I found the bottom side pockets a little too tight for my Contigo cup. Maybe once the fabric is more worn it will fit. I only gave a 4 and not a five because it is a bit stiff not a backpack you can easily squeeze in small spaces.

Love the build quality. I had a Metro that is now 10 years old. Very hardy with heavy use and travel. I feel the newer Ogio's are not as thick or rugged. I bought the Mastermind but found it thin and light, the Surge is heavier and thicker skinned, but not as hardy as the Metro from 10 years ago. Surge though taller doesn't fit as much as the Metro and side pockets are smaller. Still a big pack and looks great. I posted a picture of all 3 side by side. Surge, 10 year old Metro and a Mastermind. The Surge is superior in terms of laptop protection with RSS.

This bag holds everything I need. I am an IT consultant and frequently need to take everything for work from place to place. This bag is great for that. separate sections hold what I need easy to get to and separated from other items. I especially like the glasses hard case. Have been using the bag for a couple of months now and it really works well. One thing I noticed is that all of the zippers are not the same. The larger openings have larger heavy-duty zippers. A nice touch.

I had an older Ogio backpack (different model) that I needed to replace. I liked the Ogio brand, so decided to go with another one. It's a solid backpack with extra protection for my laptop, which I appreciate. There are plenty of storage pockets in the front, side, and even in one of the straps. While I wish that the largest storage space was as deep as my previous backpack's, overall, I'm pleased with this purchase.

Got this exact bag as a gift from my company and husband loved it. Bought him this bag for his bday and he loves it! It is very well made and carries well! Comfortable and perfect for carrying work laptop AND lunch!

Strong durable bag. Tons of space. Wish there were a few more small pockets inside it, but this is a top quality bag. My prior OGIO bag lasted for 7 years and still was fully intact. It only had one zipper issue during that period of time. Great & reliable brand. Wish this bag had a sleeve to be able to slip onto the handle of a rolling suitcase.

Perfect business laptop backpack. Fits everything, glasses compartment, power supply compartment, water bottle pocket, great protected compartment for my laptop, plus three larger zippered compartments that hold my tablet, head phones, tool kit, cables, etc. It is very comfortable. The shoulder straps and back of the pack are cushioned just right. I can carry a fairly heavy load and not feel it (my pack is usually around 15 lbs). My only minor gripe is that the cellphone pocket on the shoulder strap doesn't fit my IPhone 6 Plus. They should make this pocket more expandable so it could fit the larger cell phones.
