Works as well as the spendy ones in my opinion
The collar works great. The range is really decent, I have 3/4 acre and it definitely reaches that and more. My German Shepard ,husky mix respones well. I like that that when it reaches the boundary it will only shock twice then is a continuous beeping after. My pup only did it once and now the second he hears the beep / vibrate, he comes a running. Definitely would recommend

Ideal way to keep your dog contained in a small (or large) space!
I really like this electric fence system for dogs!I have a decent sized yard (not fenced in) where my dog plays and relieves himself. However, he does like to venture off into the neighbors yard or in the front of the house - basically places we don't want him to go.With this system, he doesn't do that anymore! It's fairly simple to set up.The reason why I wanted this system was because it allows you to contain your dog in a specified area ranging from 30-1000 feet depending on where the receiver is located relative to where the dog is wandering. The transmitter charges rapidly and so does the receiver. The receiver seems to keep the charge for a long time. I charge it about once a week. However, the transmitter needs to be charged every 2/3 days. That isn't a problem for me as I never intended to leave it outside. My dog responds to it well and he is learning the boundaries! Before he was all over the place but once this the collar is on and he hears that beep and feels the vibrations, he's back in the safe zone!Overall, it's a good buy for small yards/spaces and I'd imagine some large spaces too (depending on the landscape of your space).I'm satisfied with the purchase - other electric fence systems are hundreds of dollars and I wasn't too interested in spending all of that. This works just the same and costs a fraction of that!Must buy for dog owners! Highly recommend.

Hurt my dog
I don’t know what was wrong with it but it was working fine until one day my dog was within range and the thing just started going off and shocking him I have never heard my baby cry like that. I would never want another pet parent to feel how I felt I was terrified trying to get that thing off him.

It’s very helpful
I really like this wireless fence. My dog is always wondering off and this helps to keep her in the area I need her to be in and keeps my mind at ease because I know she isn’t too far away. I love that you can change the amount of feet in which my dog can roam and I love that I can move it and change her distance when needed.

Just ok but inconsistent
I was hesitant about purchasing one of these type of fences but like the fact that it was a two-in-one trainer AND fence so gave it a try.Was easy to put together but only got as far as using it for fence and it goes by line of sight, not a radius so it only works if collar and base can see each other. Which maybe if we had a small place it would be ok but we live on 5 acres have screened in pool with too many jogs or pillars in the way if she’s to use whole backyard like I would prefer her to. Did not try the shock part because she was responding to the vibrations during the initial use while training but could tell would take days or weeks and time training her and the range wasn’t consistent every time. We were trying to avoid the expense of a real fence but really would be better and probably worth it for ease and peace of mind.
