Depends on contact surface and glue quality
Bought pdr glue sticks to bond the tabs to the body work. Make sure you clean body thoroughly for them to stick. Let the glue cool before pulling. I used these to pull a pushed in quarter panel with a post puller and it worked great.

Insurance company wanted to write off my daughter's car due to damage on the rear quarter below the light. Pulled most of the damage out in about an hour and will have another go. Will still need a skim of filler & paint but if it wasn't for the paint damage you'd now not really notice it.Tank on motorbike next!

they look the part but low quality plastic means they can't take the strain and pressure, they deform and tear far too easily to be taken seriously.essentially a cheap plastic version of a proper tool

Worked very well.
I had tried few other products but the dent wouldn’t budge. I was going to give this a try after seeing a youtube video of a professional using this product to remove dent. I am glad I bought this it worked like a charm. I was able to remove one of the toughest dent and I absolutely endorse this product

Its good quality
I found it was decent quality especially being difficult sizes unfortunately it didn't work for me trying to pull a dent out of an Aluminum piece.
