Love that it extends away from the vent a bit. The vent hook is not tight. So when you pull your phone off, if you don’t take your phone off carefully, the holder will come off too. I wish this product had a vent screw or snap to make it more secure

I really like how the product works. It doesn't fall off of the air vent and holds onto the phone. The scent isn't over powering and smells good.

Clip isn’t secure in vent

I'm the pickiest person I know when it comes to car phone mounts. I literally hate giant, gaumy phone mounts protruding off of dashes, out of cup holders or stuck to windshields. I also live in Maine so I hate the idea of covering air vents with my phone. We're either running the AC or heat on full blast. There is really no in-between and I know it can't be good for the phone.I like my phone to blend into the dash and look as close to factory as possible which is no easy task. Out of all the vehicles I've owned, my current Honda Ridgeline Gen 1 has proven to be the most challenging. The textured dash makes it impossible to use any of the suction style mounts. I came across this mount and could not order it fast enough. Setup took some trial and error but eventually I found the perfect spot. I don't like sticking things to my phone so I just sandwiched the metal plate between my low profile phone case and my phone. The magnetic field is very strong and my phone feels very secure when fixed to this mount. The addition of a car air freshener into the vent mount is a very clever idea. It does a good job at masking the smell of my old dog.Overall, I love it for my Ridgeline. I finally found what I've been searching for over the past few years. I think it works best on dashboards that have different depths to them. If you have dashboard that is basically flat all the way across, then this may not be your best option. It will protrude out a bit and not look as clean. Check out my pics to see what I mean.Tips:If you use wireless charging then magnetic phone mounts may not be for you. The metal plate can get pretty hot when charging.Don't place the mount in the center of any vertical vents, it will sway back and forth whenever your turning and is very distracting. Fix the mount close to the edge of the vent and it will stop it from swaying.

This phone holder works good in my 2015 Nissan Sentra the air freshener is a nice feature scosche car holders are always good.The mount is made vary well so far I have had this mount for 2 days and the smell is still strong time will tell how long it will last.
