Amazing piece of literature.

The theme and tone of this anthology is so strong that I had to read other things in-between these stories. That's a compliment, not criticism; the various authors had such interesting takes on the source material, I found each story to be interesting and engaging.

An excellent collection of yarns based on Chambers' King in Yellow series of short stories from a variety of authors with an eclectic array of styles. I found some of the stories excellent and even those that weren't were solid contributions to the ever-growing mythology surrounding Carcosa and the Tattered King.

This is ne of the best and most original collections featuring the King in Yellow I have read. Its stories span a wide range of time periods, settings, and subjects, all of which are ultimately cursed tby the presence of the King, and his horrendous manuscript.
