Just added it to my regimen of morning vitamins at first. I've been reading articles on mango leaf and figured to give it a try with pills instead of tea. At first, I didn't really see any benefits but over time I noticed that I wasn't bloating as much! Took me a while to remember I started taking this and then I also noticed that I wasn't getting as hungry in between meals! It's crazy!!! No tea to drink or stupid diets. Not sure about the claim of lowering cholesterol but I'll come back with an update the next time I see the doctor.I also gave some to my mom since she's had type 2 diabetes for two decades. She's been able to control it over the years but hates taking meds. Again, it's not a fast cure for diabetes, but it's a NATURAL way and that's what I want and the only way to get my mother to control her diabetes. She says she's been noticing her glucose levels staying lower for longer. It probably took her two or three weeks before she started noticing it. I'll be purchasing another bottle exclusively for her soon!For anyone interested, I'd recommend trying a bottle for yourself, keep at it for at least a couple weeks because it's a NATURAL remedy and see if you have any results!! Esp for diabetics!! The proof is in the numbers! Just remember to track your glucose numbers and it helps to also record what your diet is each time!

I was looking for a supplement to help manage my elevated sugar levels and came across these mango capsules. What a wonderful addition to my health! I take them every day and don't even notice any side effects. It has been helping to improve my HbA1c levels when I see my family doctor.

This is not guaniferin extract and it doesn’t say how much it contains. Even though they put that term as a search, so it comes up first. Not only that, you can’t cancel the order immediately after you place it. And then you can return it.

Since I started using these mango leaf capsules I’ve noticed my blood sugar levels are lower and I’ve lost weight! Those are the two “major” positives, but I’ve experienced a host of other benefits too. Since I started supplementing with these mango capsules I’ve had much more energy, clearer skin, a reduction in my cholesterol, and better digestion. 10/10.
