I am a terrible sleeper, so I was skeptical when my physician recommended trying magnesium. The glycenate form is not easy to come by. After reading reviews on several options, I settled on this one. To my surprise, I found that it does help me relax and to fall asleep. I still wake up a few times through the night, but functioning on minimal sleep is just what I do. This has caused me minimal stomach upset. I started with the lowest dose and gradually worked my way up. The 2-caplet dose works best for me. It’s worth a try!

This product does promote a sense of calmness and aids in deep sleep. I've taken it twice, one pill each time, in the evening the first time and in the afternoon about a week later. The day after taking, both times I struggled to return to a normal sense of clarity and well-being. My energy was low. If these were in pill form, maybe I could decrease the dosage by cutting them in half to see if that would lessen or eliminate the brain fog/listless after effects. It took about 12 hours after awakening for my energy and clarity to return. I will not buy again.
