I love absolutely everything about this brand! I have their waist trimmer and two sets of the arm bands. These things truly work and make you sweat three times more than you normally would! My arms are always a problem area for me, but wearing these has decreased the inflammation and size of my arms over the past couple of months. They are easy to put on and easy to takeoff.

Doesn't disappoint, I've bought this same brand again after a year or more of use and it's great with workouts. Definitely will continue to purchase!

Okay, so, I have been using Sweet Sweat products for years, and I have to say this brand is legit. It helps heat up the fat so that you can lose weight at a great speed. First thing is the bad reviews these products get for not giving people an immediate "quick fix" to their bodies. If you want the product to work, you have to put in the effort for it TO work. Next thing is the fact that a lot of reviews state that the buyer could not fasten the arm bands by themselves? I however did not have this problem. I was able to attach the velcro quite tightly around my arms with no help from anyone. The only conclusion I can come up with for this is that the people who could not fasten the product have to be quite obese, and I have bingo wings, so, make your own assumptions.A tip for people that are SERIOUS about losing weight and having help from certain products to do so; you have to work out! And I'm not saying going to the gym for half an hour and then getting a Big Mac. I mean diet and exercise. For me, I not only wear a Sweet Sweat tummy/arm band(s) for working out, but I also wear them whenever I'm not on the job and when I'm sleeping. Yep, I wear it to bed, and it does wonders. I would wear it 24/7 with the exception of showering because it works so well. I know you're not supposed to do that, but it's a disclaimer for your safety. However it got me from a size 10 to a size 6 in a month (my arms just look like littlefat kid legs 🤷🏼‍♀️)Point is, this product is great! Highly recommend.

Disclaimer:There are several reports and studies which suggest these type of body fat trimmers only really reduce water weight. Although their intention is to burn body fat, there isn’t really a way to target body fat for weight loss. The body burns only whats stored first: which means we would have to do a full body workout to see results of any kind.That being said—Actual Review:I love using these. They’re pretty comfortable and have decent elasticity. I generally incorporate these into all my workouts. But they’re especially more useful to me during interval and cardio training. Normally what I do is layer up with additional shirts. But its good to have these for that specific reason.But the velcro used to tie them is a little weak. After say 4 months, they lose their hold. Lately what I do is wear them underneath the long sleeves of my hoodie. Which works better yet, since the idea is to induce overall body heat.Overall, its a good recommend. Just be aware of how they’re supposed to be used.

Material really makes you sweat, ive ordered different ones before and they would slip off and very hard to put on, these are the total opposite! Love and recommend ordering.

The first few weeks, these worked really well. They did the job in making my arms sweat more during workouts and are comfortable to wear. Easy to put on and take off as well, but after a few weeks the Velcro has started to lose its grip and it comes undone multiple times while wearing, especially when it comes into contact with clothing. This is very inconvenient when they’re made for arms but any sleeve length is now an issue because of the weak Velcro.

They are comfortable and effective. Use them all the time.

I'm satisfied with the quality of the arm trimmers. Their not to bulky and just the right fit. Noticed a good sweat using them . I also have the tummy trimmer as well and this brand sweet sweat is so awesome and satisfying.

I just received these so have just tried them twice. They are surprisingly comfortable and easy to work out in and they do make your arms sweat. I will update if I notice results. I bought the waist and thigh trimmers as well and when you put everything on, it gets very hot, but that is the point. It does feel somewhat like being in a sauna.I am not going to be using the Sweet Sweat gel so if you'd like to find out how the bands work alone, check out my other reviews.Update: I have now had these about 19 days. I've worn them almost every day to workout (burpees, sprinting, weights) and I think I can see a difference in my arms. I have worked out my arms for years and have not seen a lot of definition, which is really frustrating considering how many pushups I do, now I'm finally seeing some definition. I am very pleased with these and the waist trimmer and the leg trimmers. They are comfortable and they make you sweat. I will keep updating.
