Hill Country Customs Polyurethane Handlebar Riser Bushings for 1985 & Newer Harley Softail, Dyna and Sportster models - HC-HBB101

Installed these on a 01 Heritage. They are much stiffer than the factory rubber ones, but even after being torqued to specs, I find them to be a bit sloppy. They fit too loosely inside the triple tree.

I’m running these on my 95’ FLSTN with 18” high, 1.25” diameter apes. I’m using a modified 2020 Road Glide 1.25” diameter handlebar clamp (grind off the tab on the corner, drive out the pin with a punch, and drill/file an oval shaped opening in the bottom clamp to run the internal wiring through) with a road king headlight nacelle. The very low RG clamp fits under the RK chrome handlebar cover. Now you know my inexpensive secret combination to high bars/low riser for a very clean looking installation ;).Anyway, no slop with these bushings. These are a must have for apes.

Installed very easy on my 2001 Dyna Lowrider. Replaced original rubber bushings which were very sloppy. Entire job took 20 mins. I used a teeny but of grease on the outside to slide them into the pocket. Very happy.

Fit perfect in my 2000 Fatboy. All play gone once they were torqued. Unfortunately they didn't last appear to be to short.
