It contains minerals and vitamins to support prostate health.Effectiveness.I am now in my mid-sixties and have since 55 taken a prostate supplement and get it checked by my GP every year. I did this because my three younger brothers have all had water works problems. I have had no such problems so will continue to take these supplements. Maybe I have just been lucky but I think they off a bit of reassurance.Overall.These have all the proven ingredients to help with prostate health. They do seem a bit more expensive than other makes. Four stars from me and would have been 5 if the price was more competitive with other brands I use.

This prostate supplement for men is quite pricey and the effects are slow to kick in as I have so far not noticed any.I don't know if it's just slow or these just don’t work but I have been taking this for just over a week now, two tablets a day, and I haven't felt anything different from when I wasn't taking these. They are very expensive so I thought it would take effect at least a week in, even if it's just a small reaction but nothing has happened.The supplement contains a good range of ingredients such as organic saw palmetto, flaxseed powder, and stinging nettle leaf. These ingredients can help aid premature hair loss, constipation, and an enlarged prostate. It would be great if these effects set in but right now I haven't felt any of it yet so I guess I have to be patient and see how I get on over time. The capsules are a bit large for my preference, but I manage to take them with lots of water.Each bottle contains 60 capsules and the recommended dosage is two capsules a day which is only a months supply. They have a nice simple packaging that is white and green, and easy to read.Overall, for the expensive price of £19.99 for only a months supply, I'd recommend shopping around as there are cheaper alternatives that may work better than this one has been so far.

It's important to note that supplements like saw palmetto and stinging nettle aren't scientifically proven to work for prostate issues. Having said that, some people feel that saw palmetto makes a big difference to them and so religiously take it. So how come there's not much evidence to prove that they work?The simple answer is funding. If a pharma company creates a drug, they'll pour loads of money into testing to prove that it will work. Saw Palmetto is an organic product which a pharma company cannot patent, and thus there's no money to be made for them! Therefore, they won't bother pouring money into scientifically proving that it works.With that in mind, if you have prostate issues, definitely do give these natural rememedies a try without just immediately dismissing them!The go-to supplement for prostate issues is saw palmetto, and the other things in this product also play a part in helping. However, the dose of saw palmetto in this is actually very low compared to standalone saw palmetto supplements, therefore it might not have an effect on you! This might be made up for by the other supplements, so honestly you really just need to try the pills to see if they work for you.If you're looking for purely saw palmetto, then look elsewhere as this is very expensive for just saw palmetto. If you're wanting to try a medly of natural supplements, then this is a pretty product to try! Would recommend if you're wanting to explore and try new supplements for your prostate issues.

Like many older men I suffer from the effects of an enlarged prostate (BPH). I take prescription medication which helps, however I thought I’d give these Pro-STP capsules a try since they contain entirely natural ingredients and anything which helps me be less reliant on synthetic meds while reducing my nocturnal bathroom visits has got to be a good thing. However, despite taking them for three weeks I have to say I’m a bit disappointed. I sort of feel there may be a slight improvement in that I seem to go a little longer between bathroom calls and maybe even have better stream when I get there but, this might be just co-incidence or even wishful-thinking as any perceived improvement is very slight indeed (and may even be imagined), there is certainly no significant or measurable improvement so far.I note that the strength of the most important ingredients is far below that of some other similar products so that may be the issue or, maybe, I need to take them for a lot longer.I think they are quite expensive compared to other similar products on the market so I probably would not buy more when these run out.

I have been taking a Saw Palmetto supplement for several years now, hopefully as a preventative measure. Rather than just being Saw Palmetto, this does have several other benefits e.g., Zinc, Flaxseed Oil, Selenium, etc. They come in a double-sealed container, with an outer plastic seal and inner pull-off one. You get 300mg of Saw Palmetto per capsule.The capsules are smooth and relatively easy to swallow but they are not small. They measure approx. 23mm x 4mm. The recommended does is two-a-day, giving you about 6-weeks supply.It is hard to say whether I have gained any benefit from taking these, particularly as any benefit would be integral. However, I will continue to take a Saw Palmetto supplement, but I do not think it will be this one due to the cost.I hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful.
