Golden Syrup is different from store bought.
Not really.I think golden syrup in western concept is something different.The taste is bit different.Molasses is fine.

Crytalisation and milk tears of you add any of them.
The taste is also not good. Milk tears when you add in hot milk and it forms crystals.
