Phantom Headphones with Boombox - Black/Red

its a niche head phone-sounds: ok (not great but not awful) sound its a 8/10-speaker/Boom box: sounds cheap like a 10 $ speaker... but! its included and its going to make people trip when you switch from headphone to speaker for that alone I will give the boom box a 8/10so final score would be 8-10 is worth the 89.00 bucks I paid (for the red pair) special? not worth 150+ ... but wait there is moreLights: this is something I did not buy the headphones for and the feature I like the most.... the circle lights up red and white depending on what mode you have. and I am not going to lie it looks really cool even though u cant see it if you are an attention whore... get this asap!!!! (its not sound active which would make this even BETTER) but its great!My final Verdict is 10/10 speaker or "boom box" has bad sound specially when you turn it all the way up but its a feature none have tried and for that I give it credit sound is decent with a nice amp for that I will also give them credit even though I should not because these are not a cheap pair- none the less these ARE very attractive headphones the best looking ones for sure-Final recommendation: if you get this I would suggest "Light Pulse Auxiliary Cables" for the ultimate attention wh0res only! (I got the orange ones lol)

I ordered these headphones for my son. He researched them and said they were better than beats. When we received them and compared the two, he was right. They sound amazing! They are durable, they look nice, and the boombox feature is an added bonus. There is more that can be done with these headphones but he is still figuring that out. They are well worth the money.

this has the same packaging as the coloured version i have seen online, everything is there, except the hard casing. In its place is the pouch you see that comes with the coloured edition. (Which is a Huge downer for me, as the case was one of the reasons i wanted a pair of boomphones)2 cables, one with call function1 adaptor(for the guitar)1 charging cable (similar adaptors can be found with some effort)Serves its purpose.Different from the polished white as it is just white, without the boomphones logo prints on it.Frankly looks a bit dull.Serves its purpose and function well.Sound quality is nothing to write home about, but not offensive either. Sound distorts at louder volumes, and the external drivers are quite loud, and can get quite loud before you notice any distortions.Would give it a 5 star if i got the hard casing, but it a decent enough purchase for me to fumble with a guitar without offending everyone in the house.

This was my second pair of Boomphones, The headband on the first pair cracked in two spots, inexplicably! The outer driver on the left side went out after three months and the foam surround on the right ear pad split. The headphones look new and have never been dropped. The Boomphones company wouldn't fix them with pay because I didn't buy from an "Authorized Dealer"! The build materials are very cheap which is sad because the idea is a great one.

These headphones are a total letdown. When I first tried them out, the sound was horrible, and the bass was so muffled. Theres no point in the portable speaker part because the sound quality is very bad. If you're looking for quality headphones, don't buy these. I feel these headphones attract alot of people because of the nice, dj look to them. They are good build quality and the most stylish headphones I've seen, but the sound is a huge letdown. I returned them, and got a refund. Now I'm buying much better bose headphones for the same price. I've never heard of the boomphone brand, and its best to go with the better known brands, such as Sony, Bose, Sennheiser, or Marshall etc. In conclusion, this is not a bang for ya buck!

I like this product but the fact it was not white matte kinda made the product lose value but the overall sound it top rating

This was a Graduation Gift for our daughter.She loves it! Its really amazing and she treats them well, too. The external speakers are really a great feature ( instead of flipping ).The only thing - you have to keep charging them for all the extra features but its worth it. ( You can make phone calls with it - and your phone !)Add it to the pile of plug ins! ( and I use a zip lock baggie to keep all the cords, chargers and info together ).

Very clear sound! The boombox actually works and has clear sound when you turn it up. Just be careful not to blast it because they will blow if you do. The have a nice amount of base with crystal clear sound. The headphones come with a case, two sets of wires, and the headphones. A great buy and totally work the price.
