Good Product
Hose is not as flexable as a Polaris brand, keeps knotting up. I would but the polaris brand instead.

I like the length of the hose. New and doesn’t tangle up.

Not good
This hose is too flexible and therefore gets twisted and tangled up. It gets so tied up in knots that the cleaner will not reach the far end of the pool. The floats do not stay in place, so the the cleaner will not work properly. Spend the extra money on the brand name hose. I've had this one for a year, and it is driving me crazy. I have to untangle it daily.

Why to buy OEM
This aftermarket product comes at a great price, but it is the explanation of why to buy OEM products, and not this. The hose itself is not the same material and tends to keep its coiled memory, causing it to tangle. The hose will not come off the swivels without cutting it off with a razor knife. The floats do not float as well as OEM floats. They also are too big and slide down the hose instead of staying where you want them. The swivels do not turn smoothly. It maybe half the price, but if it doesn't work it is worth nothing. Don't cheap out like me, buy the real thing. You will be poorer, but have less frustration.

Works, but needs alot of tuning
Been running about 2 months, nothing to connecting it's very flexible compared to original Polaris hose. Hose tangles easily and I had to move the filter next to the backup device and put a float just behind the backup device to keep hose out from under the Polaris. I also added two swivel joint to stop the tangles and shorted the hose. It seems to be working fine now, it required a lot of tuning.

My Polaris is finally working again
I've been frustrated by my polaris getting tangled and unable to free itself. In the colder weather, the hose was getting stiffer and stiffer, so I figured I'd opt for a new hose with more flexibility. This hose did not disappoint. The Polaris is moving freely and untangling on its own. What a relief.
