I have to say that if you notice a shortage of Velcro, it's because this company cornered the market on it.When I received the holster I have to admit that I was stumped on how to configure all the Velcro attachments to actually make it look like the picture on the Amazon website. I consider myself to be a relatively intelligent person but, for the life of me, I couldn't make it look like a holster. Nothing in the package tells you how to configure it but, fortunately, I had a secret weapon. My wife. She took one look at it and, in a few minutes, presto: a drop leg holster.Once put together properly, I tried it with both a small frame 9 MM and a full size 1911 (with a laser sight on the rail below the slide. Move the Velcro in and the 9 MM fit like the holster was made for it. Readjust the Velcro and the 1911, sight and all, fit in like the holster was made for it.Once I have the opportunity, I'll try it with the battle belt I purchased from Tacticon as well trying out their shoulder holster.I have difficulty understanding how the company can sell such quality products for such more than reasonable prices. I would think that just the Velcro would cost more than the price they are charging for the completed product.And the bonus is that you are not only buying American but you're buying from a combat veteran who helped make this the kind of country we are proud to live in. Bottom line up front, its a really good holster and a great value for the money. First thing that came to my attention is the quality in the all the materials used in producing this holster. The buckles are strong, the velcro fasteners really hold and the nylon seems to be very durable. Nothing about it feels cheap. With so many products these days I always wonder how long it will last before I have to buy another one or send it back. I am sure it will NOT be the case with this holster. It did take a minute or two to figure how it all comes together but once I got it configured and adjusted to how I wanted it, it was good to go. It is very comfortable to wear. One unique thing about it that I did not expect is that the leg straps have two rubberized seams sewn into the straps. It does make it a little harder to adjust when feeding through the buckles but definitely keeps the holster in place and will not slide back and forth. The straps seem to grip the pant leg keeping the holster exactly where it needs to be. I really like that. It is very adjustable so chances are, it will fit most applications. I have purchased several different products from this seller in the past. I can honestly say that he stands behind his products and places the customers satisfaction before the profit. At least that is my experience. All in all its a really good holster, a great value and I am really happy with this purchase.

First thing I noticed about this holster, is that it's sturdy as hell. Second thing is that like 40% of its construction is very strong velcro, and it can be adjusted to hold anything from a tiny .380 to a Deagle .50 cal. First thing I did was get it fitted to my full size 1911, which fits very nicely. Then I adjusted the ride height, super simple to do thanks to velcro. Lastly, I adjusted the leg straps to keep everything in place. The straps have rubberized strips, so once they're adjusted they aren't going anywhere. Seriously, if you have to adjust them again, it's because your leg has changed in size. I'm not sure if it's reversible for left handers, but that's not an issue I have to worry about. Tacticon Armament's website also has very useful product instructions if you have any issues understanding the adjustments.

I own multiple items from Tacticon and have been satisfied with all of them as great products at a great price but this may be the best one yet. When I received the holster I was a bit confused on how it went together but I looked on Tacticon’s YouTube channel and found a video by Jake, the owner on how to properly assemble and adjust the holster. Since that time I have been going through my rather numerous collection of pistols trying to find something that won’t go in this holster and have not found one yet. Sig 320 with full sized optic, 226, S&W M&P, CZ P-09, P-10, SP01, 75B, HK VP9 and VP40 FN 509 all of them fit perfectly. I even put a Model 1873 Colt Single Action Army in it and it fit. The holster seems very sturdy with quality construction and the ergonomics are great. The leg straps and belt straps are fully adjustable to fit almost any size body. It has a duel retaining strap so you can use one that can easily be removed with your firing thumb on the draw or a second system that will not come off unless you make a dedicated effort to take it off the firearm. The single front magazine pouch fits everything from a 20 round CZ or Canik Mag to a 15 rounder and yes it will even fit the gigantic magazine of an FNX-45. This holster is amazing and what makes it even better is the price. Tacticon has knocked it out of the park yet again.

After receiving this I noticed a letter in the package from the business owner. It's a hand written (photo copy) letter with my name written in thanking my for supporting a small veteran owned business. I am always happy to support a small business, even more so veteran owned.As for the holster...There is a little assembly required. Understand that going in and you'll be fine. Lay it out, place your firearm on the open pad, fold to fit. Took me a bit to get it right but now I've got the perfect drop leg for my piece. Unlike a preformed leather or kydex holster, this one can be shaped to accommodate attachments (which was why I bought it to begin when). It's more comfortable and stays on better than other drip leg holsters I've used in the past, some of which fell down or came loose on range day without even being subjected to running.I can't wait to test it out on the range and really see how well it holds up to shoot and scoot tactics. I will update in the future once I've tested that.
